I assume it will be given to the one with highest wagered amount, as OP wants to get more deposits and gambling from this special contest (so he can win more on average with house edge).

What I like about the site is that it feels like you have more of a chance to win here. It's like it might be a winner and you have to scratch to find out. Versus a dice site where you just click and bam you won or lost, very quick.
