besides this recent hack is exactly what you call it a "dent" and will be fixed in no time. there only should be some period of lower prices so investors can accumulate their coins at this low price with all the money they got from the sell on top.

I agree with that. The bitcoin price will recover quite fast after the hack. The price will be $800 in a few months.

Yeah anything around $750-800 is possible in this year but I doubt that it will achieve the price of $2k in this year as its too high to expect in short term.

Bitcoin surely has an potential to achieve that price in future but I think we need to wait longer to see that price either it will reach in this year and if not then we need to have patience to see that price.

The bitcoin price will be $1000 definitely next year. It could be between $9 to 15 months from now.

The hackers attacking Bitfinex were employed by whales in a scam to depress the price prior to a big move up?

We could see a big bounce off the bottom to ATH. A mini Mt Gox pump and dump of sorts.

Even bitfinex is not hack 1k value can be possible to reach in my opinion. the possible price can be happen is around 700 to 900 value.

i think you are right, 6 months is not a lot of time so the price cannot grow to the skies during it, though i think that next year we might reach 2000
