Well I think bitcoin is already an international currency because many use it worldwide. Its just that some countries banned it and many stores just doesn't accept bitcoin for now. But maybe in the near future many stores will accept bitcoin.  Grin

Yeah, a lot of countries indeed ban the usage of bitcoin because they fear of people evading taxes or sending money overseas illegally. But they gotta face it, bitcoin is P2P and no one can ban the system completely.

many stores are already accepting bitcoins, and there will be more to come.

Eventhough some countries are banning bitcoin transactions, bitcoin growth and acceptance on other parts of the world are overwhelming. Bitcoin is unstoppable as long there are many supporters of this system.

If bitcoin want to be international currency, then it has to be known by people all over the world. No countries banned it and accept it as legal payment.
for now just some people know this currency, and just people who have a internet connection. To be international currency it's imposible, i think. so many weakness in this currency, and need so long time for fix it. may i'll die before it would be  Cheesy
But in the next years more people will use internet and it will be more widespread so conditions become better for using bitcoin.
it's your country, how about my country, some people in the junggle? it's need very long time.

You are exactly right about that, the bitcoin can become very big in the upcoming years its just a matter of time.
Maybe it can become a global currency but it will take some time of course.

Worldwide means majority of all countries globally and the real fact is, bitcoin doesnt' reached it yet.

Other people has a mindset that bitcoin is now being used in most of the countries because everyday they are engaging in the world of bitcoin.

I think that it could be considered an international currency or possibly and independent currency. But I don't know if it's really a currency or more of a way to store money and transfer money.
i guess yeah, it would be the currency of all the people that is not regulated

it would be great if bitcoin was an international currency widely accepted by all countries

I don't see Bitcoin used very much as a currency for regular trade. Mostly for ways to get around barriers for certain activities that may be outlawed in certain jurisdictions, especially gambling. Without gambling, bitcoin wouldn't be near the size it is now.
Compared to other currencies yes, but generally speaking bitcoin or some other types of money will be used more in the next years, I think concept of Internet of Objects can help bitcoin too.

But that's my point against that sentiment. It's too volatile to have much use for regular trade because you can't hold it without risk of it depreciating. A currency without a stable value is not conducive to trade or economic activity. It's only useful in areas where the activity is otherwise illegal and you don't have access to it with traditional money, like gambling that is banned online in many jurisdictions and regulated by cutting off the flow of fiat, or for other illegal purchases, like Silk Road. In those instances, the stable value problem takes a back seat because you wouldn't have access to those items in the traditional monetary system.
You are correct from some aspects but it is not true that it can be used only for illegal activities but it can reduce transfer costs, also one advantage of bitcoin for many of investors its nature of instability which maybe similar to stock market.

That's true because without the internet bitcoins will not function, people are already aware of the internet and they have using it for their daily online needs, but to transact online you need to have a good amount of money to buy some stuffs or services over the internet.

I would say that in the near future more people will adopt bitcoins due to its being decentralized and very safe to use with fast transaction and low charge or even close to none.

I think bitcoin can be international currency someday. But for now i'm not sure bitcoin can be that. I mean, bitcoin still have many weakness and bitcoin must solve it.
I agree with you, this time bitcoin will not become an international currency, because there are few places where bitcoin was considered illegal because they can easily buy drugs. and the transactions are very difficult in the pan
Yes, in many countries bitcoin is considered as illegal as more then 70% of its transactions are done for some other activities as its famous in deep web, markets like silk road so, it will take years I think to become a international currency.

How long it will be, next 20 years, 25 years or much more? I think it will send many time to resolve.

I think this is impossible because many currency has a potential to be international currency than bitcoin its not about the price. I think it is about the use of currrency and i think theres no can replace in USD because it has physical appearance and it is currency in united state i think the U.S didnt allow that.
