Tama.

If ever mawala saglit internet, mainam na gawin, save lahat ng information lalo, about sa bitcoin transaction save ang files, atleast may records those someone using, gagamitan ng papers/pen balik sa dating nung wala pang internet, basta may nakasave na files..madali n lang hand to hand transaction, without internet still can work to bitcoin
I wonder what is the use of your wallet if there's no internet kase kahit isulat mo yan sa papel Bitcoin wont work without the connection so until now, there's no beset solution yet with regards to this one.

Though of course, we can still expect some project that will aims to offer this kind of service pero sa ngayon, mahirap gamitin ang Bitcoin ng walang internet, this is too impossible as of the moment.

... ang kailangan mo lang ay connection between  two telephone lines, yes yung mga lumang copper wire cable na ginagamit natin for more than 100 years. Kaya ba na itap ng isang simpleng telephone line ang transfer ng transaction between two distant machines at magkaroon ng transfer of value?

eh, diba, dati ang internet is by dial-up, at meron pa naman mga BBS. So pwedeng pwede. Kaso kailangan mo makahanap ng ma connect. Between two people, you can send the transaction, but it still has to end up in the internet to get on the bitcoin network.
Mahihirapan kang gamitin ang Bitcoin without using internet because this is an online money and to cash out your bitcoin, you really need internet to confirm the transactions so super hassle lang kung itratry mo gamitin ang without using the internet. Siguro ay makahanap ka ng third party para dito, pero until now wala paren akong nababalitaan about Bitcoin transactions offline, mukang malabong mangyare ito.

Hindi ko alam kung magiging effective yung ganitong platform na pag transact ng bitcoin even without internet. Sa bagong era ng henerasyon ngayon halos lahat ng tao gumagamit na ng internet and they still upgrading it, now we are in 5G era of  internet. By the use of internet we can transact crypto currency globaly hindi lang sa isang lugar o dito lang sa ating bansa. In my opinion lang hindi magiging effective ang pag gamit ng crypto currency offline maraming magiging issue for sure.

I remember sometime 1 to 2 years ago, I came across an article or news na may possibility na pala mag transact Bitcoin kahit offline. Correct me if I’m wrong, pero parang may na mention sila na satellite or something like that. Pero napaka interesting talaga ito, at gusto ko masubukan ang transactions offline not just sa Bitcoin, but other cryptocurrencies too (kahit NFTs lol).

If you are still in a spot na walang internet or mobile data, wait or move to another spot na meron signal o meron wifi.

As for businesses or branches and locations, they can always use point to point wireless backhauls, pero kung meron kuryente, for sure, meron yan internet or mobile data sa location na yun.

We can't transact bitcpin without an internet that is one of its limitation but if that LORAWAN really got improved and implememented, it was very helpfull and a great innovation. As for its improvement, there's no reason that it will not happen because we all know technology evolves and people can invent many useful things everyday and many people are already working on how to fix it to be more useful.
An offline transaction is really helpful and removes hassles on any transactions though it was really hard because there are amny things to consider lik the data traffic, timely updates, etc. but I hope whats best.

Kaya ikaw, sa tingin mo ba na posible ang Offline transaction in the future?

Being realisting on our currenty situation in the Philippines I doubt they would prefer this solutions, kung hindi parang magiging alternative nalang talag sya kung walang internet access for Bitcoin transactions. We aren't that technologically inclined and our country is also pushing for internet availability lalong lalo na nagkaroon tayo ng 3rd telco which will be operating in 2021. Also @OP gaano ka-dali maka-access sa isang LoRaWAN network? If it is more complicated then connecting to a WIFI access or turning on a mobile data baka maging unappealing sa mga tao kung may added steps pa sya.
Ngayon ko lang nakita 'to.

It seems na ganon na nga yung mangyayari, the idea is just for alternative incase na mawalan nga tayo ng internet like magkaroon ng disconnection ng towers or sa submarine cables.

Exactly, some people thought na mas magiging mahirap daw pero and actual na gagawin talaga dito is magkakaroon ng 3rd party programs like apps na pwedeng mag-hahandle nung transaction. Parang katulad lang din sa mga projects ng IoT or internet of things, na controlled ng isang device and wireless siya. And yes, hindi nga madaling gawin but the idea is very interesting, especially kapag nawalan nga talaga ng internet, it is something that we can rely if we still have BTC.

Possible but sobrang gastos. Like what @peter0425 said, since short range siya sa application ng bitcoin, magkakaroon ng maraming nodes and networks para lang makatawid sa ibang bansa. Maybe gagamit na ng fiber optics cable for that katulad nalang ng submarine cable na ginamit din sa Internet.

Pero to be specific sa topic, if may isang area na walang internet, probably pwedeng i-apply yung mesh networks and hanggang sa makarating sa area na may internet na. Same concept lang talaga.
