I think many people can be trusted online. I currently exchange online. I believe my friends tremendously and complete online transactions with them. Faith is very important for every person. So there is no alternative to trust for future success.

Suppose I want to exchange Bitcoin to other USD, as like neteller/skrill. Then how can I trust someone on online?
It can be fraud and I can lost my bitcoin. is there any trusted source/exchanger?
How can I understood he is Trusted/reliable?

Simple solution to this issue is using an Escrow service. Many members are offering such services here as well but go with a reputed member. Also, check out the trust of the member offering that service and choose one with at least 50+ positive trust. You will have to give him some fee to manage this.

Why do you trade in private? It is likely to receive black money or fraud.

You can exchange it at your local exchange.

Although on Online I think there are many who can be trusted, I also make the exchange via Online, and I really trust through my friends who have trusted and have often done transactions via Online.
Yes there are still that can be trusted online. But, for me I am comfortable doing transactions in an exchange where other users also used this and with good feedback. That's good for you were you used through online exchange.

Transacting requires someone who can be trusted. Therefore, bitcoin also proposes requirements against members to avoid fraud and other crimes. Trust is important in every way. So keep your best confidence for a better future

If you want to sell your Bitcoins avoid transacting with people using neteller, skrill or even paypal, that's very risky because transactions are reversible. Why not just use any exchange available in your location that will transfer your funds directly to your bank account? If you really want to sell your Bitcoins and receive payments through those payment processors stated above and transact with random people online that you don't even know then better use a trusted escrow to avoid being scammed. How to know if the person is trusted? if he will agree to use an escrow.

You should not trust anyone, never. I dont know how it happens in your country but here naive careless person may be robbed or kidnapped while walking with money or passwords/keys. For example one young couple from Russia was robbed in Phuket just because they was speaking about bitcoin too much online or in public. I know a lot of such stories. If you gonna meet someone then sell him small ammount of coins for first time and second time, say him you dont have much, if you see he can be trusted then you may sell more.
I actually prefer online exchanges or localbitcoins, just dont rush to big deals, devide your coins for several small operations

Find a bitcoin buyer near your place in localbitcoins.com exchange or a find buyer here in bitcointalk forum. If you are not sure with the person you want to sell your bitcoin, you can have a deal using an escrow. You will pay a small fee for using an escrow(middleman) but it will make your transaction safe and scam free.
You are right. But, usually one gets involved with local bitcoin dealer to keep low profile and stay under radar of government and tax authorities. In such cases using the intitutionalized escrow kind of defeats the purpose.

Well, always it is a trade-off between one's need to remain anonymous and the security level one wants to maintain.

To exchange to USD you obviously need to meet this person. There were countless articles on how to do that to maximize safety:
1. meet in a public place, and if possible, in an exchange company office if they have one
2. have a witness with you,
3. do the exchange in small batches etc.
And there were countless accounts on what may go wrong there, physical force included.

I encourage you to google and read some first.

You can have a look for some trusted persons over the forum there are a lot of persons providing such service of transferring fiat to your account in return for btc. There will be a marginal cut and undoubtedly you will pay the whole fees involved in it. Check out for some green trusted members. Even if you are a bit worried then go for an escrow. SFR10 and Lauda are some popular escrow providers over the forum.

You should whom you are going to transact. As far as I know, it is important to have escrow when you are transacting with unknown person. Escrow can help you to assure that your transaction is completely and you are too far from fraud persons. Online transaction is delicate, if you will put easily your trust they may fool you.

as long as the fiat method you choose to receive money with has a way for the sender to perform a charge back you are going to be at risk. depending on the easiness of that charge back the risks can be higher or lower. for example PayPal has the biggest risk because not only the person can charge back but also your account can be closed because you broke their ToS when you used PayPal to trade cryptocurrencies!

If you personally know someone then you can do bitcoin transactions with them but doing on random people in online is not advisable even the trusted persons. So you can use the Escrow services, many people provide free escrow for the small trades and you can find the trusted escrows on our forum.
