It is true that Bitcoin includes all the features you mentioned compared to real estate or land and more than that as well, but in the end it remains virtual and not material and many people do not trust to put all their money in something virtual even if it has many features and a great future like Bitcoin, personally I prefer to split my money equally between bitcoin and real estate or land because we need tangible physical things on the ground, I can't risk all my money on something virtual.
Being virtual is a big thing that keeps bitcoin usage down. With time people will understand. Even the common man who haven't got much of education about technology have begun to use digital wallets through smartphone. So, they're aware of the virtual usage and aren't prepared to believe something that is virtually available. We're in the transition period and soon this turns to be common.

Availability
Bitcoin also as compared to land has also been readily available for purchase at all time as compared to land which might be exhausted or not available at a particular area when needed at a particular time

We all say that land can be exhausted but decades have passed, centuries have passed and there are still land everywhere. In fact where there is no land is being turned to land and there are so many undeveloped areas.
Land is still fixed also bitcoin is fixed at 21 million, so both of them is fixed and can be exhausted according to your ideology.
It is because they are fixed in supply that is what means both of them good option of investment. If you can manage them 50/50 it would be a win-win situation for you in the future.

The points you have mentioned jo doubt Bitcoin is a good technology as an Asset for the future but dear let me clarify one thing if unfortunately, the WW3 starts Bitcoin may not stand by its Worth on another hand the property stands its worth even in critical conditions you may face some kind of losses but Value will be there and you won't Lose all.

Will you sell Bitcoin to buy a land or sell a land to buy Bitcoin?
What would you rather invest in?

In my opinion both bitcoin and Real Estate are two excellent investments that every investor should hold in his portfolio. Investing in properties is a good way to store value and get a monthly rent payment, the problem is that it requires a lot of capital and it locks it down for a long period of time. With bitcoins we also have a good way to store value and it's very liquid, we can easily sell holdings if we need cash. In case I had two choose between one of the two I would go with bitcoins. There is much more upside potential with bitcoins, the price is much closer to its 52 week low, whereas property prices are still very expensive at the moment. The problem I have with real estate is that interest rates are rising sharply at the moment, which is going to make financing more difficult. I would wait for property prices to come down before making an investment.
In my country, there is no history of property prices decreasing, considering that more and more people need it, while land does not increase, and it is certain that property prices will always go up, but with high prices, not everyone can afford it even though it has low risk. different from bitcoin which can be bought according to our ability, but if we do not understand it will have a high risk

It's crystal clear that Bitcoin is a bit ahead of landed property in some aspect.
1.In terms of using Bitcoin as medium of exchange,
2.More liquid than landed property, that is buyers/sellers are readily available unlike land.
3.And too in terms of land dispute and one could loose his/her land in court.

While disadvantage in Bitcoin is that your dollar value in Bitcoin may devalue some time holding Bitcoin due to bear market while for landed property it will appreciate over time.

Therefore comparing this two asset together, For me it makes total sense to own the two asset class.

It totally depends on law of target country where you buy that land. In some countries its far easy to convert land statuses or just build something on it and get rents/profit etc. But in some countries laws are very hard to pass. In my country as example laws generally protect renter not owner. Sometimes its hard for land owner to generate money through it because of laws. That's why I personally prefer buying Bitcoin to land. Bitcoin is far more liquid anyways.

You have already outline some importance of both but to me landed properties appreciate over the time and doesn't Waves in price instead keeps increasing every month/year as an investor I would love to have landed property and bitcoin as well reason because if you missed any opportunities you will leave to regret of not having any.
E.g,
You could acquire a portion of land this year at $5k to my local currency, by next one month or two, that same land will be sold for $5.3k even more because the demand is high, the available space is very minimal. But somehow bitcoin can been liken or taken to be seasonally though the prices depends  on bull/bear.
For instance, those who bought at $68k per bitcoin are still shading tears for the serious lost and can only recover whenever we gain another ATH if such persons is not patient enough might ended up selling off, although the real investor will as well sees the bear as an opportunity to maximize his chances of buying and hold more to recover their lost. So is essential to hold to hold the both asset as an investment but basically bitcoin can be considered to be for a long term investment.

Both are a good asset land property is a real estate asset and you can use it physically and it will get fixed price over a period of time but in this case its price is more likely to go up than down and land property price is rarely seen to go down whereas bitcoin is a digital currency.  And it goes up and down all the time and one has a high-risk but also the possibility of huge profit from it is much higher than real estate. But if one doesn't go all in on Bitcoin, investing in real estate can be a solid investment.

Landed property is always a good choice of investment, depending upon the growth happening around the respective property the price will increase. This increase could be even higher than that of the growth with bitcoin in some places. Whenever we make an investment over landed property, we need to get atleast 10% out of the investment every year. This isn't possible with most landed property. For this reason bitcoin seems to be the best.

Nowadays people are more aware about investment opportunities. This have made them go for diverse investment than just focusing on a specific area. Now people are equally considering gold, property, gold, stocks.

You've laid out what you think are the advantages but I still think comparing bitcoin and landed property investment is like apples and oranges. They serve their own purpose. One is like a source of active income since you still have to trade to realize an income while the other is passive.

....What will you rather invest in and why?
I like to have them both to be honest.
I agree with this, while bitcoin is obviously very useful a property like a house allows you to live in it and have a place to call your own, which is very important, so if someone is faced with this problem and they only have money to get one of them then the correct choice will depend on their particular circumstances at the time, if you are married and you do not have a house already then picking the house is the one that makes the most sense to me, but if you already own a house or you are single then it makes sense to buy bitcoin instead as you do not really need the house at the moment.

Will you sell Bitcoin to buy a land or sell a land to buy Bitcoin?
If I have enough bitcoins, I can definitely sell some off to buy a good land, or buy the land using some of my bitcoins for the transaction, that is making the transaction with crypto Grin. A good land that is strategic and will appreciate. Bitcoins can be very unpredictable, unlike lands that you know if it is a good place will be a good investment surely(more predictable than bitcoins).

This doesn't mean that I will let myself off without no bitcoins, I wouldn't even buy a land when i don't have enough bitcoins, bitcoin is a must have and must keep especially in expectation of the bull season.

Will you sell Bitcoin to buy a land or sell a land to buy Bitcoin?

I'm a strong advocate of Bitcoin, but one of my goals is to buy land with Bitcoin. My plan is to have both, as I believe they relate to one another in the sense that one Bitcoin will always be one Bitcoin and a plot of land will always be a plot of land, so you should have both and you should also have Gold.

Much like Bitcoin, a plot of Land will always increase in value. But, it is more resistant to inflation and can provide you with goods and a place to grow food. Bitcoin on the other hand allows you to escape the current and mainstream dependency on banks and protect your money against state censorship. Both have their virtues and their downsides. As the old saying goes, a good investor always tries to have a diversified portfolio, and having these two is crucial.

To keep the comparison clear, this questions would help; would you sell bitcoin to buy a land or sell a land to buy bitcoin? They both have disadvantages and advantages but, the comparison would have been better if both are digital properties like Bitcoin and domain names. The issues with bitcoin include volatility, fud, fomo, loss etc and land may have an earthquake, flood and market crash too. The advantages of owning a land may not be compared to the advantages of owning bitcoin as the bull run can yield massive profits. While the price of land increase too you'll have to settle the land broker, lawyer and sometimes the government after selling a land. Such doesn't occur in selling bitcoin, a little fee and you are good. I'd go for both like everyone else.

Well understood, but you also sounded like you're seating on the fence, I used the suggestion you made yesterday but I kept reading your message and it seems you'll rather invest in Bitcoin over land.
The sincere truth is, I'm not sure if anyone will easily reject an offer to own both assets if given the opportunity to do so, but the question in this context, was referring to a situation when you have to choose just a single option, regardless of their ups and downs and also know that they're both nice investments. What then will you prefer to fully Invest in over the other.

I would invest in both. However, as we know, investing in Bitcoin is easier than investing in real estate. You can start with as little as $10 for investing in bitcoin and DCA it as you go but in real estate, it is either you have the money or you don't and since the price of a piece of land appreciates. Investing in Bitcoin and then in real estate is like having two-factor authentication for wealth creation.
It's simple. If we have a lot of money then diversifying is the key. We can invest not only in these two assets but we can also include the others which are not described here. Assets such as gold, stocks, forex, bonds and so on. In terms of accessibility, I think bitcoin is much easier since it was online and divisible.

You can invest on it at any amounts but most of what I mentioned earlier must have a minimum and you might need to do something before owning them, like signing up. It's a either a contract or in the platform and then you must complete your KYC first but there are decentralized exchanges and p2p where can buy btc easily.

As other posters have already suggested, comparing two completely different investment choices like Bitcoin and real estate is of no use. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Bitcoin cannot provide you with a passive income; its volatility is what can make it worth a fortune in the future, but it's unable to provide you with a steady cash flow.

Honestly, I believe that real estate is one of the best investments someone can make. There are quite a few alternative options with properties too. You can flip them for profit, rent them out and enjoy having a steady passive income, put them up on Airbnb if you're in a touristy area, or a combination of all these.

Both are great investments; however, it's no use comparing them. Bitcoin serves another purpose, and real estate serves another. Owning both would be the best of both worlds.

I would love to buy a property in a village where vegetation and minerals are rich.  Also, if the property includes a good source of varieties of foods. or near where the source of food can be found. Grin.  Cheaper price with a secured source of food I believe is what I am looking for.
Don't forget looking for a clean water source as well. Clean water is the most valuable natural resource in the world. If you manage to acquire a property with this characteristic, half of your problems are already solved.

And from water you can raise and grow anything: vegetals or animals!

Depends on the first one that you buy. If you do not own your own house, it’s always better to have a house, so if you could ever get enough money to buy your first ever house and live in it, then it would be the best investment.

I was lucky enough that both my parents and my wife’s parents helped us to get our own house and that’s awesome, but after that I do not think that a second house is really worth it. I personally believe that the best thing to do would be making sure that you are profiting good enough in the long run with easily liquidated assets like stocks or gold or crypto over real estate. Crypto is the best of them for sure, and that’s why I am buying bitcoin constantly.
