It is very possible. the market is growing so fast. And bitcoin should raise more to keep dominating this market. if it can not raise enough probably we will see ethereum in #1 place on coinmarketcap. I dont think bitcoin whales will let this happen.
What "news" did you read? share with us, I think now no one can predict the price of bitcoin relying on any facts, these are just guesses
I believe that the economic value of bitcoin is not very relevant. But its ethical and paradigmatic value instead .... is to always be considered as a revolution. The network, the blockchain and its purpose is just the one to keep in mind

Of course it is possible. But it will be just after all whales will buy it as much as they can. Whales' thirst for profit is a simple and main reason of bitcoin price rising. 
It's possible that bitcoin will hit that price but nobody knows when that happen but if there is so much deman in bitcoin probably the price will be higher.
At this stage its pure speculation and it will remain speculation later on as well. People dont want their coins to lose their value so they are pumping it every where they can and hence this thread. Let it touch 50k USD who cares? We simply make money with it.

I think this is unlikely, you will find it easy to reach $ 20,000 in 2017 but down 50% -60% in the first two months of 2018. To achieve that number of dreams is difficult. Towards Bitcoin, I do not think I should, but so much hope for it. We should learn about Altcoin as it has more potential for future growth than Bitcoin.The price spike in 2017 later months may be considered as "unhealthy" in my opinon because there was a lot of positive FUD going on and we were not actually aware of what was going to happen. However market is stable now and such chances are low that 50k usd is going to be touched.
Again altcoins will never beat bitcoin. Take that for granted.
Many Bitxoim users wull be happy if this happens, i know it can happen with Bitcoin but i dont think it will happen this year. As for me i will just do what i can to accumulate Bitcoin and sell in a good amoun, i will not wait for it to reach 50k usd 20k usd is enough for me to sell my Bitcoin.

Speculations are already made that the market value will cross the 50k USD mark at the end of this year. But the truth is that, there's still no assurance due to the volatility of Bitcojn. Fluctuations are always expected and knowing tat there are still many months remaining, many things could possibly happen that may affect the growth on its price in the market. But let's just hope that nothing bad will happen this year.

Well, there is really a big possibility that Bitcoin can do reach such amount of $50,000 for 1 Bitcoin since last year it has already reached an amount of $20,000 so maybe, there is a great possibility that Bitcoin can do more this year. The reason for that possibility is because many people are now getting engage and starting to recognize Bitcoin's worth and value and because of this rising demand in terms of Bitcoin, the community and population it has created can be the major factor that may contribute to the rise of Bitcoin's price in the virtual market.
i read those news once every week, usually generated by some opinion leader and think that ... there is no fundumental ground for that to happen, only beliefs. i dont say it will not happen
Well, we're all cryptoexpets here, but the $ 50,000 seems too big. But I don't exclude that another currency can rise in price to the specified mark.
Yeah, it is a little big voucher. This seems such boost amount that can’t be achieved this year. Although there may be some chances for it but not sure. And as per the history and events that have manipulated the prices of bitcoins, if we calculate according to them, there is a prediction of about $35000 this year. Prices may vary throughout the year but ending will be monumental.
I believe $50,000 by the end of 2018 is really reasonable, we might see some huge pull backs and huge run ups, however, $50,000 doesn't increase the market cap that much, so if the technology gets adopted, lightning network becomes successful, I speculate that it definitely will touch that mark.
Well for me, i also believe that bitcoin's price will reach $50000. Before entering in this business you should always remember that it is volatile. We do not know when it will rise and when it will fall. Today's price is at $9k to $10k, its really normal that in this business will be experiencing like this having ups and down it is because of the demand and supply. So if we want to have the bitcoins price up we should always keep on trading and invite more people to invest on bitcoin for us to gain more profit and all of us will experience the sucess of bitcoin.
I may sound insane or over optimist but the fact is bitcoin makes real progress in the second half or last days of a year. This has been its behavior for last year and things won’t be different this time either.
I think no, it will not reach $50,000 this 2018 that's too much, the fee will increase if that happen people will not buying bitcoin anymore and it will not recommend for payment options.
No one is able to predict bitcoin price, but everyone who has investments in bitcoin is not haram to conceive the bitcoin price. And about the problem of bitcoin transaction fee, I have read some news or thread in this forum, which will be in the launch of lighting network that will solve the problem of fee per transaction to lower fee and slow transaction processing problem becomes very fast considering at this time bitcoin only able to process 7 transactions per second. 
As I see, someone already metioned, that news will tell you everything to make you buy more bitcoins and make you hold. Yeah, here of course low chance that bitcoin's price will hit 50000, but from everything what I see now, I think bitcoin won't hit 50,000 in future. Right now as most of people, I see potential in altcoins, and prefer to invest in alts, than bitcoin.

if we look at the weekly bitcoin chart we can assume that when we exit the bearish trend it can shoot to 50k. But so far the situation is complicated and we can not say anything for sure. In my opinion the chances are now 50/50, or 5.5-3.5k or 11-17-50k. Let us hope for the best. Cheers
