He can create an alt and post a signed message in Meta to claim that it's him (Bruno) only, so not banning him till now has nothing to do with giving him a chance. I guess the last statement from that account itself proved that he's not Bruno and I don't think he's still left unbanned because you can see that he's not come online nor did he responded ahead.

The ones who knew him here knew he was dead and didn't really have a miracle recovery like you said. The creator of this thread is a cheat because he can't prove that he is the real Bruno. However, if you guys watch the Bruno picture he posted as a recent picture you'll see that the picture was taken after Brunos died which mean the imposter have everything planned up after Bruno died.
