A couple of years ago, I was trading ETH in a range of around $1 to $1.30. If I remember correctly, I was buying at about $1 and selling at about $1.30 as it was bouncing around in that range. I did that for a while and then moved on to something else. I'm kicking myself for not holding on to a few hundred ETH's. I did the same for Darkcoin(Dash) and Litecoin when they were around $5 per coin. I didn't hold on to any of those either.

This is how ICO’s take your money upwards. Investing in the ICO is nowadays a common practice by the Cryptocurrency traders.
ICO has the potential to grow your capital invested a lot but not all the ICO’s will do that to your funds. There are some that drowned many traders investment, also the ICO sometimes are scams so you have to evaluate and identify the real business people and the scammers before you put in your funds.
ICO’s are trendy nowadays and are widely used for funds collections in digital currency market. They are easy to participate and have almost instant results as compare to any other business.

Correct that way before possible investment in some ICO (that are pop up every single day) is hard research. But with so many of them coming is becoming really hard to pick one or even to try to get involved in some. Little time to research and not to mentioned if placing some coin that can end up like scam. Not many ICO are successful but when you got the right one you can gain more then this 30x money invested.

The volatility can surely be tiring sometimes but there is nothing we can do about if at least for now. However, from what you said, you got profit from 3 days trade and it was gone within hours ? Why will you leave your trade without at least setting an auto sell order if you are not present at that time. Don't look for high peaks, just always find the best place profitable for you that you know you cannot miss out if it climbs up.

Honestly, I have been trading for about 2 years seriously and can say I don't like the term "full time trader" nor do I think anyone should aspire to be such, let me articulate a bit. First of all trading isn't a linear profession in that if you sit in front of your computer for 40 hours a week it doesn't result in X income -- to the contrary you will have weeks upon weeks of grinding out small gains or losses near break even followed by a few weeks of the year where you probably make over 80% of your yearly income. The thing is you can't just be on vacation during all that down time as the setups present themselves in windows and they come and go quickly enough that if you aren't holding your finger to the pulse of the market you will miss most of the moves. So in order to do so you still need to be engaged but I would say you should find other things to do to make money and occupy time that is of productive nature -- that includes trading other markets as well as doing work completely unrelated to the markets to keep your mind fresh.

Reading your post makes me remember my beginning trading days and I assume you are new to crypto trading as well. The excitement will be there for quite a few months because our mind will always wait for the outcome of the investment. As months pass by and you gain experience the excitement will be gone since you will start to believe in yourself. This happens with the most of us. But I would like to say you that not all the investments turn out to be profitable, some times we have to face losses too. But don't be depressed because of that since it's a part of the trading game where one wins and the other lose.

It's just the same with me, when I first started trading and got a big profit and I became over trading and finally got loss. Over trading is not good for trader and will be far to get consistent profit because it will make us not able to control the emotions, and will be always greedy when taking profit, then when buy coin before at overbought area and finally we get loss. From my experience, good Trading is keep focused to analyzing the market but not over trading and always keep emotions, do not greedy, and sleep enough and share strategy with other profesional trader in group traders .

the first time I trade Bitcoin and Altcoin I also feel the same way as you. Can not sleep, always restless and worried.
That's all fair because we do not know about price movements and potential against a coin.
the solution is to frequently join and discuss with seniors about trading Bitcoin and altcoin. because if you are used to you will remain calm and patient even though the coins you hold are down.

Here the best thing is to have positivity in our mind during the trading Because if we will have positivity then we can do work very well and manage every loss and profit easily in our life of trading in cryptocurrency .
Here in the starting i was also wondering whether to do work in the trading seriously or non seriously Because buy sell is a easy task but to make eye attention every time in market of those coins with which we are making trading .

Woah woah woah wait a minute. When did your currency just suddenly disappear? I haven't heard of that ever happening before unless we are talking about major exchanges like Cryptsy, BTC-e and Gox for example. (thankfully BTC-e is back, by the way)

Anyways I think what you are trying to say is you quickly lost all of your money trading, which makes sense and is normal... most people do, myself included. It seems easy, but in reality it takes a long time to master.

I think this is normal reactiopn when you betting your own crypto-money

I was also wery excited at my "first time" but I try to focus on other things, like other activity or for exapmple some sports activity. Its even better when you are not concentrating on your trades for some time, you have to train your patience in that way, and learn to switch off your mind from needless worries

And in the end it will give you positive result

i think you need to learn about how to manage your emotion and your feeling. i can give you advice that is work with me. when i start trading in my first time, i realize that with trading, i can not make profit in every day because crypto market is volatile. so i decide to whatever its happen, if i am place an order buy or sell, i don't want to thinking too much. if my order is filled then i will be good, but if not, i will replace with new one order and cancel the previous order. this is work with me every time i place the order so far and now i don't thinking too much about trading, let it happen and our profit won't go anywhere, it will be come back to us in the right time with the right place.

I also have insomnia...It's very important because it's your future and investment on the line...However recently i've concluded never put all your money on crypto..thats how i will never sleep...only put money you can lose...20 percent-30 percent is my portfolio of crypto investment...I count my cryptos worth nothing then when they go 10-100x great...if not it's ok...
