The US claims all .com and .net websites are in its jurisdiction.It means that .com casino must be confident about its license as seen from https://www.bitcoincasino.com/license

It is really a big deal in this world of bitcoin, because the purpose of bitcoin exist is to be anonymous for everyone so by giving out the KYC, it will be problem for most of the people right here. That is amazing site. It is like a one stop shop that you can find everything you want. Lot of coin acceptance and plenty of game choice. Why not? Its all about market, the more popping up similar service means that the industry is becoming greater and greater. As long as the new services are reliable enough then it is OK. Actually I thought the same as you when there were so many new sites which were based on moneypot but all of them used simple free script. It was very annoying as there was no good efforts from the owner but it is different lately. Another bitcoin casino adaption, the UI really looks nice and simple. Simple in a good way though, no more added effects that is too flashy. And as the mod mentioned, KYC is not needed unless the withdrawal is big. I'll look forward for the boom of this casino. Cheerio!
