However when someone also loses, that goes out of pocket from investors, which means the money is gone down from the total invested as well. Profits could differ from the total investment in the long run because people could withdrew their investments but when it is such a quick lose/win situation, nobody divested at the same time so it looked same.

I think they are "testing the waters" type of deal here. When you have a casino named as well as "bitcoincasino.com" you don't really need marketing that much. Think about it, it already has an insane SEO for bitcoin casino keywords on google and you can't "not" get gamblers, they must be getting organic ones even without any marketing.
Now, all of this leads to two things, them not needing to write anything here because they don't need to go out looking for new customers since they are already getting, plus they don't need to have a good support because even if people hate them there will always be new people coming so there would never be lack of anyone gambling here even if support sucks. I always believe that one day,,, when Google search algorithm fails and people start getting smart like they did when they finally make their choice Mozilla or Firefox or Chrome or Opera instead of IE, they will also one day choose a different search engine and THEN all the good urls will be the natural choice for people.

thats their advantage atm but if those gamblers are not satisfied with their service, word of mouth spreads like fire. and if those players will seriously write a nonbias articles or blogs that can ruin their reputation, in time, gamblers will avoid them.

The site has still been active, but the thread has been very inactively updated by BitcoinCasino.com team. I don't think that they have made good approach because the less actively communication in ANN thread of the casino, the less popular the site is. It is more important for such a very young casino, which also stopped it's promotion months ago.

With the security issues with flash more and more people are just not installing it and more and places are not allowing it.

All the games are coming from various gaming providers and that's how the slot games works (flash based game). I'm not really sure what wrong with flash game as I have never faced any security issues while playing flash based game on some different sites. Obviously they wont be able to get away from the flash game as the site is not the one who create the games but providers. If they change the game then it wont be original games from the providers anymore which may make players think twice before playing.
There have been many security issues with it over the years and many places (businesses / schools / etc) are blocking it at the edge.
I don't even have it installed on all of my PCs.

My guide is there: [TIPS] to avoid pyramid quotes (for Newbies). You can use any kind of means to show that you snip unused contents, such as: snip, ~snip~, -snip-, < ... >, ...., and others. Choose the one you like at most to use.
Today, I have another example for you, that most of us overuse by quoting OPs. OPs of projects mostly contain lots of images attached. Therefore, quoting whole OPs will congest the whole threads, and if everyone does it, the threads will become trashy as well as require more time to load whole pages.
