Bitcoins are a real investment, don't automatically trust anyone.
Still no reply from him, and now the website isnt resolving... wonderful.
He is claiming that it is because of Mt. Gox, HOWEVER that doesnt stop him from being able to send my 9.32 BTC back... which he wont do, nor has he responded on all FOUR of his messengers as well as his Personal AND Business email address...
Looks pretty shady to me, and I'm not the only one having this problem.
If I dont hear from him within 48 hours, I'm going to be plastering his name all over everywhere as a scammer.
There is no excuse to not reply to someone for weeks and expect them to be patient.
