OP, How you ended up with this random bitcoin mixer website? we already have more reliable and trusted mixers here and even owning their campaigns that has been one of the longest running. Don't use random mixers, check the history and feedback of that mixer that you are about use. The best choice so far that you can mix your coins with:

  • chipmixer.com
  • bitblender.io
  • bestmixer.io

Check also their domains, there are scammers that are copying these sites.

Edit:
Here's your answer:

They are on several articles for top mixers https://bestbitcoinmixer.org/ being one of them.

Seems like Google is not his friend when he tried to search best bitcoin mixer or something similar. I'm pretty sure he ended up on that site via Google.
I missed that lol seems that I need to see an eyecheck up again, thanks.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
I give up...  I guess I need to learn a lot more about BTC before I do anything else.  $1,000 lost since April 16th is just too much for me.
Hey mate, that's really terrible it happened to you.
You need to open a scam accusation but looks like you are reluctant about it. You can just post in your payment details here like the Txid  and your email message screenshots and i help you open up a scam accusation so that more members won't fall in for the trap.

There are so many bitcoin mixer scam websites right now.

Top Crypto Casino
Also it's usually great if website you choose runs sig campaign here too because it means staff/manager is active and you can get in contact with owner alone or through manager.
Just consider this in future.

it really means nothing and it's completely useless. You can't judge a website depending on if it has a signature campaign in a forum.
Also, a website owner can be inactive in a forum, it does not mean he is inactive with his business. Bitcointalk is not the center of the (crypto) world.

That's bad but at least learn on mistake.
Before depositing btc to any website, check if they have ANN thread here (if yes, then check OP's trust rating too). Also check if there were scam accusation threads against them, what was causr and how was problem solved.

Where did you hear about this website?

The messages at the bottom left corner of the page are fake. This means that this mixer is much likely a scam. Also, I’ve never heard about it before (not even here on btt).

Never use a mixer/service that has no reviews or isn’t known.

That’s just a terrible website.

The first option in their list is a scam (the real Helix has closed months ago).
The second option (UltraMixer) is just another random and most likely scam website.
The third is a phishing version of the CoinMixer.se website (the fake ends with .es).

Never to go a random website to see “the top mixers/websites”. Always ask here if X website is legit.

I sent BTC from my Bitcoin wallet to https://bitcoinmixer.eu/ now 5 hours ago, and still have not received my mixed coins.  I have emailed support and haven't received an answer.  Please somebody tell me that this mixer is legit, and how do I get support?
