Of course you can, pool is open for anybody willing to pay the fee. We don't have any limit on number of participants. If more people joins we will have a bigger pool for awards and bigger sponsorship money.

I was thinking of that but decided against it. It would be a perfect solution if we had all the same players in both pools but that is not the case, even though we are close to it. We will also get additional sponsor money if we get to 15 players. We could hit that number for one pool and not the other and there could be extra questions and confusion down the road. There will be a dedicated BTC address for each of them. It will make distribution of rewards much more transparent.It's easier to make one tx instead of two, that's the point
You can also just pay for both pools in same transaction, if you use electrum for instance you just write out addresses like this.

For us older people, and who come from... not-so-open borders, the context of being able to have met someone from so far away 20 years ago, in a day when internet was barely in everybody's homes and we still used landlines and letters to communicate, one must imagine how extra special it was!
Now my kids get to meet people from all over the world so easily, eat different foods and see different cultures all within reach. I don't see the wonder in their eyes=p
But back on topic, am asking around for people to join the pool. Not sure why there isn't more interest tbh!

Great to see we have a sponsor, it is surely encouraging. Hopefully more people will join before the league starts. I'm a bit out of the loop since I'm on an island and have terrible connection and speeds, but I should be back home before the league starts to join the circus properly
Make sure you invite all your friends and contacts, especially those around the forum, or maybe even in the Italian local threads. If I see more than 10 confirmed players, I could be motivated to cough up a bit more but hey, a very small fee for a huge pot, and it's just a one-off payment for the entire season, sounds good right?

I believe I actually pulled off some good predictions for this season, and I daresay there's a record number of Italy-based players now that I know of, so it's quite nice to be heavily involved in 4 different pools next season haha.

Anyway, registering my interest here. I will probably be throwing money away even more than in the EPL pool, but since I'm so generous, I might as well support the gambling people in this forum;)
I think fixing the entry at 0.002 to 0.003 BTC would be good, giving BTC price. Heck if we ATH in September, that's going to be a $40 fee haha.

It's not the best of times for everyone, even before the pandemic, but it's a small bunch of people doing their best to support the industry and a few freelancers all over the world, so I always do my best;)

C'mon you guys spread the word so that we have a nice base of participants well before new season starts. There will not be much of summer break this season so we will be back in action quite soon, the date has been put as September 1st for beginning of Serie A new season.
South part of Itally will be better represented this season since Benevento has already secured a promotion. They are located near Napoli and I am not familiar if that is some big derby but knowing temperament of people on south of Italia I guess it should be
