TBH, I am quite confused as well.

On one hand, you uses "lottery" in the OP. On the other hand, you say "We are giving away our own money in Bitcoin prizes to promote MonetaryUnit and promote Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general." on his About us page.

Correct, sorry, wasn't try to mislead so have edited the OP slightly.

Of-course it is a lottery and there will be 200 participants max as suggested by OP and then they'll randomly chose 3 winners and most presumably there would a little fee to get an entry/ticket.

Because if it's a pure giveaway it's not a gambling website and if you have to pay to enter, it's not a giveaway.
Corrent me if I'm wrong but from my understanding you would have to either change the post/title or post it in another section.
