why will they block you ? and they dont block anyone else . like sygambler said , others already got paid . are you sure that you are playing fairly or what if you have done some violation that are against thier terms of service . they reply two weeks but the withdrawal is now one month ? so you mean you have waited over a month before you send a concern . you should have acted imediately if you feel that withdrawal is stuck so that they can assist you quicker

Wait 2 weeks before I get reply. Next they tell will get back to me. 2 more weeks go past. No payout

For the sake of transparency so other are aware. I created a support ticket. It almost a month to be told KYC AML may be required. Even then no details of how are provided. Finally I have received a link to verify with documents. All very sketchy and make me very umcomfortable. Additionally when i raise the concern on telegram group, I get blocked

This is one of the best casinos in terms of odds, and they have always paid me, even when I requested a huge amount. It even used to be my bitcoin wallet,,, because they used segwit from the beginning;) Plus zero fee withdrawals. Anyway I still think they should be active on forum because here is where crypto people get their info from. Telegram is not for everybody, I do not use it for sure.
