We can't never deny the fact that all of us need money therefore we must be innovative on how to gain it and investing with bitcoin is such an effective way to earn money. Bitcoin has really great potential because it is the most strongest and unstoppable cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will be accepted as a means of payment.

Technically Bitcoin is not so shiny as a gold. Yes it is recognized, but it still needs to be developed and developing is hard when the value is controlling that development.
Currently there is no coin that is good enough technically to replace the fiats...still.

Bitcoin's potential is over. It's still the #1 crypto due its price which is high only because of demand. Technically altcoins are more advanced: faster, lower fees and smart contract support. For example, Ethereum's potential is huge. Ethereum is more advanced than Bitcoin and is also a platform for other services. I'm sure it will be Bitcoin's successor in the future.

I still have confidence in Bitcoin and I believe that it’s potential is big. The price has rise so much in 2017 and I believe that it will go even higher in 2018 and future years, especially after lighting network is implemented.

I think if bitcoin does not solve its problems now like congestion, high fees and slow confirmation, it will be surpassed by another altcoin which is far more better than bitcoin. Yes, its true that bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency right now but we should face the fact that an altcoin surpass its functionality abd the rate of bitcoin grows slower than altcoins.
