What happens if you bet a parlay and one part wins and the other ties?
The bet is still a winner and the tied odds are removed from the parlay.
If it was just two bets in a parlay, the new odds would be just the single winning bets odds.

I placed my first bet today and fortunately won. 
I have been worried because till the end my bet was showing as "pending" (even after 16 network confirmations of my transaction).
Nevertheless the payout came almost instantly.
I suggest to change the status from "pending" to "confirmed" when the transaction has received a certain amount of confirmations.

"Pending" is the bet result, not the transaction confirmation.
We will try to change this so it is less confusing.

I made a bet of 1.50 btc and sent the bitcoins within 2 minutes but when i review my bet it say "Send up to 1.5 BTC to 1Cc235jxerzEKhimtJj77qUSL3oHgMmtPo within 2 minutes to place bets". Is my bet valid?
Yes, it may take up to ~60 minutes for your bet amount to show up on the history page.

bit365...are tennis bets voided and returned if during a match one of the player retires?
If one set is completed and a player then retires all moneyline bets are valid, all spread and total bets are cancelled. If one set is not completed all bets are cancelled.
We will have a rules section up on the site soon so it is less confusing.

Yup, no problem.
Soon the parlay-slip page will tell you if there is an error before letting you place the bet.
For now we will manually refund invalid parlays.

Correct, if you want to place two bets from the same game in the same parlay, one must be a game/team total, and the other must be a moneyline or spread.
