Think I’ll end up on 70 points for the week, I got City as 5-0. Looks like a really bad week for everybody tbh, mediocrity all around Sad

Well if it wasn't for unyil that would have probably earned you bastard of the week  Grin. I had the Man City game down as 3-0 and ended up with a measly 40 points total. Better than nothing I suppose.

Edit: Table has updated. You got 60. Unyil got 130. Cicciobtc moves up to only 20 points behind StephenCurry333 with 80 points and both me and steph stay in our same places with 40 points each. I think it really is a fight between the top five now.

I missed two correct scores in the two early games of premier league, I had Arsenal 3-1 to win , and Burnley 1-2. So close but again ended up with only another 10 points.

I just got my first 10 points this week, had Liverpool to win 1-2, when WBA scored I was glad as I thought that would be it but when I check when the game ended to my surprise I see the equaliser. I had Watford 2-2 draw but they ended with a 0-0 which still gave me first 10 points of the week.

I also got ten points on that game but had 1-1 down instead. Measly 20 points so far but seems that's pretty much the best everyone else did apart from unyil again who leads the pack with a massive 70 points so far:

^  Wtf...  It was 0 - 2 the last time I checked and thought it was over.  Cheesy

And can WBA still get out of the relegation zone with 4 (?) games left...?  That could be the reason why they're playing their hearts out.

Mathematically I think they can, but it also depends on the results of the teams above them. They're pretty much relegated because of this but they certainly shouldn't give up. If they won all their games and the teams above them didn't then they can get out but the chances of that happening are slim.

Edit:  Any club from LCFC and below can mathematically still be relegated.

This looks like it's going til the last minute.

New predictions are in but only for 5 games; the Monday game is missing. Don't forget to fill in your prediction for the Everton - Newcastle game later Wink Happy Saturday everyone  Cheesy

The same thing happened with the last round. It'll just be included with next weeks games. Just make sure to check in on Monday after it's updated.

I'm not expecting to get many points from this round. West Brom game could be interesting especially coming back from a win at Old Trafford and if they can win this there may be a chance they could save themselves from relegation but Liverpool are still going to be a tough team to beat.

Yeah, I couldn't get online in time to put in my usual 3-0 prediction for Liverpool. Only online now and Ings scored his first in a really, really long time. Not sure why BBC can't just put in all the games and remove them if cancelled. Not that I've missed many this way, but I can imagine it hurts those fighting for top spots.

Who else thinks City will take their feet off the gas for the remainder of the season? Nothing else to play for but records and player awards, but I'd expect more run outs for fringe players, maybe good bets for draws?

Ugh. Had 1-2 down to Liverpool and West Brom just equalised for 2-2 in the 88th minute. It's always more frustrating when you get fucked in the last few minutes.

I think City will still win comfortably, though Swansea are fighting to stay out of the relegation spots so maybe we could see an upset depending what team City put out. They might be trying to start players so they can qualify for medals due to having to have played a minimum amount of games.

Games starts in a few hour yet the Bbc has not updated their site and I cannot put any predictor yet. Hopefully I will wake in time tomorrow in order to not miss the Liverpool game which starts at 13.30 pm.

I am still at 0 points this week with 3 games played, I guess I will end with 0 points as I have bet against favourites and so far only draws and a favourite win which is the first lost at home for Bournemouth after 15 games without losing at home.

Well you're only 10 points behind almost every one else this week. I could see an upset with the Burnley / Chelsea game but don't think I'd back the home team and a draw will be more likely. Leicester game could be tricky as Southampton are facing relegation but I think Leicester will still win.

I have backed Burnley with a 2-1 win tonight and also backed Leicester to win. It is good to know that all other people only got 10 points more with the Man.Utd during this week which is nothing. There are three other weeks to recover some points and keep a position in the top five hopefully.

I wonder what would've happened if the own goal didn't happen...  A draw would have been more likely imo.

And hilariousetc, yup.  But I'm still glad it happened at this point during the Pep and Mou era.  Arsenal needs to hire someone young and brilliant now...  Tuchel would be a perfect fit imo.

Pretty poor round for everyone. Most people only got 10 or 20 points with unyil being the exception:

Another short round this week with only five games due to cancellations. No exciting match ups either.

So is the pot going to be split among the top 5 players or the winner will take all? Or perhaps it would go like this: winner gets 50%, runner-up gets 30% and 3rd place gets 20%?

Top five, but it will be distributed roughly like you mention. The exact figures are somewhere in this thread I believe.

Wenger is to step down at the end of the season:

Long overdue in my opinion.

So far I think it is decided to be split into top 5. Yesterday I tested the bitter taste of 0 points in the 35 week of premiership. Only 3 to go

^  Yup yup!  Wink  Burnley could get lucky or get a draw.  I think the +0.5 at 2.05 at Nitrogen (days ago) was good.  It's now at 1.97 the last time I checked.  It's still ok imo.
