Is this part of your interest too? If this is, you know you still have a long way for it and you have to take your time for it. I suggest you only enjoy your time here and not rushing, do your best and you can find favour in getting there. Read and learn is important in the forum but begging for merit is not encouraged.

OP welcome to the forum and what other said above you must give your extra time or let say give and effort to read and gathered more informations on what you want to learn here in our community. And also please don't forget to read the rules and regulations first in order to prevent such mistake. Maybe you are little bit busy nowadays and that's the reason why you are not online .but all I can say is that you need to read more than to post more.

It will become more interesting and educative if you engage into the discussion for example you created this thread but never made a reply while you're still active after the creation of this thread means you're either only interested in reading or don't intersted in your topic anymore.

So in future if you create topics then don't forget to visit them and reply if there is anything you want to express or if you feel nothing more to discuss then just lock the topic which you can find lower left corner of your topic.

Remember, to reach a higher rank requires a process, the seniors who are still active here also need a process from a lower rank when they join the forum.

Even though at that time (before the merit system was implemented) at least there was a target for calculating the number of posts and activities as the stages that must be passed to be promoted to a higher rank. Now (after the merit system is in effect) the rank up process is not as easy as before (it don't mean you can't Rank Up), you are required to have the capital (knowledge) to reach a new rank.

I do not find it strange that a new visitor finds that the forum seems boring, and from its main interface it appears full of messy topics. There is really no incentive to stay at first sight. In the beginning, it requires some passion and curiosity, and perhaps users who are accustomed to communicating with others on forums can distinguish the different elements and integrate with them easily. And with more time spent on the forum, that passion will become accustomed, and it will become much easier to navigate between sections of the forum.

I find it very interesting that you heard this forum from social media! I guess that the popularity of cryptocurrencies have skyrocketed in the past years given that this forum is relatively famous. Anyway, congratulations on starting your journey here, OP!

Yes you are right- there are forum ranks present but they are used primarily for signature campaigns. A forum rank does not entirely determine if a person is trustworthy or not, so exercise your discretion well if you are planning on investing and someone messages you visiting some shady links, etc.

If you do not know anything about cryptocurrencies, then this is the best place for you start. I also recommend watching various guides in YouTube in order to understand and get an overall grasp on how cryptocurrencies work.

I think the first thing to do is go through the forum rules, try and understand the rules before posting so that you won't go against the rules, actually the rules are not really harsh.

secondly you should have the mindset of learning from this forum and not to make money, if your main aim is to make money them you might later be doing things that will be against the forum rules, like begging for merits or posting just for merits sake and you might endup plagiarizing which is a great offense in the forum, but if you post just because you want to learn or you want to make impact to the forum, then definitely you are going to be receiving merit and you will rank up.
