Guys - relax.

There will be no mobile app until we move to the new forum.  Why make an app for this old outdated software?

2018 already and still no decent app for browsing the forums?

would be interesting if is there some rss feed or api... but don't think so

The forum ia still growing and is just doing fine. I heard this forum gets enough fund for maintenance only. If you notice the ads are limited so the site remains clean. An app surely needs some fund allocations.

Yes, it's true. It's a demand from many of the users of Bitcoin talk to publish a new application. Because today is the world of Android. Most of the people use an Android. So instead of entering into Bitcoin talk through a browser, it will be helpful for us to enter through an app.
But it is either have bug and not update from now,I can use this 5 months ago but exactly i cant use clearly and loading as well,Best browse to forum is using on web on google apps that easilly fast than apk on google playstore.

It might be great if Bitcointalk forum release its own app for Android. With the expected app, users will have better experience when using Bitcointalk forum on their mobile devices.

I was just thinking since most of the people nowadays are using smartphones in all sorts of activities and all sorts of apps are now being used in our daily routine such as for emails, social media and etc. Can we also develop a mobile app for bitcointalk in both platforms iOS and Android?  for a much better way of accessing this forum.

Please advise if there is already an app or a topic that has already been posted regarding this. I am new to bitcoin by the way.

That's a good idea, but I guess there would be a lot of adjustments to be made to develop such mobile app, like the other guys talking about the "buggy" thing. I'm good with just using a mobile browser in my phone when I'm outside. I get notifications from my Gmail account whenever I receive personal message and other activities. So, I guess using mobile browser is pretty fair and I think mobile apps isn't necessary anymore.

No and (probably) there will never be one until the new forum software is released (no ETA).

There won't be any app even after the new forum software is released. Why would this forum need a mobile app? Epochtalk is already responsive (scalable, optimized for all screen sizes). Try visit beta.bitcointalk.org from your phone Wink
Because IIRC the new forum will have an API, so anyone (or a selected group of people) will be allowed to create apps if they want. With the current forum software, there is no API and you can't perfectly scrape from the forum since bots are blocked by cloudfare and reCAPTCHA.

Surprizingly I got what I was simply thinking since the majority of the general population these days are utilizing cell phones in a wide range of exercises and a wide range of applications are presently being utilized as a part of our day by day routine, for example, for messages, online networking and so forth. Would we be able to likewise build up a portable application for bitcointalk in the two stages iOS and Android? We will utilized anyplace where we can and application give us more help for a greatly improved method for getting to this gathering.

It would be ideal if you exhort if there is as of now an application or a point that has just been posted in regards to this. Smiley

That's right and I don't even see any necessary to make such app, just open your web browser on the phone and here it is, nothing hard.

I'm sure o team can get together and develop an app like e.g. Reddit. Perhaps even with a crowdfunding.
It would be great if there was a mobile app. Lots of times I'm not behind my desktop/laptop and I need to post a reply on the community thread. Mobile is not exactly php forum friendly, even with a large screen Wink.

Sad Sad Sad
