The most idiotic gesture so far in the World Cup from Kyle Walker, ruining both my prediction of 0-1 and compromising big time my bet for England to win. Talking about being naive and stupid, Kyle Walker fits as the perfect example. Damn , if England doesn't win it will be my third bet ruined by big teams in the World Cup.
Not the best day so far for me. Predicted 1:1 in South Korea - Sweden game and 2:0 win of Belgium.
I predicted England will win 2:1. Goalkeeper of Tunisia got injured and was substituted by their third goalkeeper.
But Walker - wtf just he did? Such stupid fould...

Yes it is very hard to load the page, cant see the prediction page or the leaderboard page. Stuck on loading, I can load it on mobile browser but the leaderboard is back to 0. Maybe the server crashes because too many people are participating on the prediction and accessing it at the same time.

Same here, slow loading, never seen the joker bonus otherwise I would have double the amount of points I have. And unfortunately England scored to early, so my prediction of 0-1 it will surely miss this time but I hope England wins at least. And points aren't updated yet.

Belgium 3 - 0 Panama
If you didn't watch the match you'd think Belgium dominated the entire game, but they actually struggled against Panama's defence, especially in the first half. It wasn't a convincing performance from Belgium, but at least they got the 3 points and scored 3 goals, goal difference is always key in the group stage.

It seems that it have became a trend for weaker team to play a full defensive strategy against the favorites team, it is another boring game between Belgium vs Panama now, I hope Belgium would be able to demolish Panama hard in the second half of the game.
What else can they do? First half was very dull but the second half has been much better and how Belgium should be playing, though they've still done nothing special (especially considering who they're playing).

Same. Was so tempted to go for the 0-0 draw as well (which would have been the perfect score for Germany's hopes). I think Germany should handle Sweeden and Korea quite comfortably though. They'll have to hope Mexico do too.

Damn!!! My Predictions are way off compared to the real match results. Come on Sweden at least win this match. Also have 4 remaining games for Matchday 1 to see if I can still catch up with you guys. My points compared to the 1st place which is Joca97 is almost 900 points hahaha. I'll will also try to do better predictions on the 2nd round of matches. Never expected such outcomes will happen from this teams especially Mexico beating Germany.

After losing money both on Germany and Brazil yesterday I think it would be a total disaster if England loses today too. Therefore I am risking a few more money on them hoping to recover a bit.

Germany was the 2nd favor in betfair after Brazil with like X6.00 , after today's match they are the 4th favor now with X10.00 so even market makers changed their minds
luckily for me Spain now is the 2nd favor with X6.200 to win , so was able to get some value ( not sure if I should trade it or let it run though )
Well I wouldn't back them right now either but maybe someone could take advantage of the odds, because the bookies only changed their minds because statistically it's now a lot more difficult for them to go through. Usually a loss means you're not going to get through, but as I said above if they demolish Sweden and Korea they'll probably be ok. Korea and Sweden are playing tomorrow so that's certainly going to be an interesting game. The best result for Germany would be a draw but I think Sweden are the stronger team by far (though they're probably not up to much now especially without Zlatan). There's also the possibility that Mexico might get too cocky and complacent and lose or draw themselves.
I was counting on several surprises, but not this early, and definitiely not from the current ranked top two FIFA teams... totally blew my Brazil-Germany parlay but totally agree, the real stinger was to see the way Mexico fully deserved to win (and I wouldn't have said Swiss didn't deserve it either, the way they played).
Loving the World Cup so far in that the smaller teams aren't paying too much respect. Not loving it for the drabness so far in most of them.
Oh and I'm definitely taking that bet on Germany now (I found x8.6 only though). I'm that kind of guy, plus Mexico might be their same inconsistent self they've displayed in the Copa Centenario disgrace.
Wow! other than France, who barely managed to get the 3 points after a poor performance vs Australia, the big teams (Spain, Argentina, Germany, Brazil) have had a rough start in the WC. Seems like there are no favorites in the group stage now, anything can happen...now we wait for England to lose/draw tomorrow vs Tunisia.
I love everything you said. You nailed it on the head. It seems like its a world cup where the big teams came in underprepared or over confident, while opening the door for dark horses to make a name for themselves. Interesting to see if Belgium, England, and Poland will learn from mistakes that other teams made.
