This company is now the latest in a series of unexpected yet welcome turnarounds who have sent me one of their 110S miners to help maintain the driver for them, although I do not believe they are selling them any more (they're not competitive anyway). While I'm not sure whether their next offering will be aimed at the regular miner's market, this existing hardware is very real and I've gotten it working with the latest cgminer from git with the existing hashfast driver without major changes.

Good luck with your new hardware announcement.

Cgminer is governed by the GPL version 3 license which means you are obliged by law to post the source to any modifications you have made to the code such as adding a driver for your hardware, so please post a link to your source code modifications. Thanks.

@ckolivas

Thanks for the reminder.  T-110 uses an unmodified HF's cgminer 4.3.3 and is available on github.
Thank you very much for that information. In that case can I implore you upgrade to the latest cgminer code for there are numerous stability and more importantly security fixes that went in after that version. 4.5.0 is a very stable code base to update to.

What occurred after eight seconds mining?

Eight seconds is how long ago the last share was received by BTCGuild.

I can only echo others comments, without doubt one of the best looking miners out there, but at that w/GH rate you are competing with the dragons that are $999 $829, and no amount of style is worth the extra.

In fact the new dragons are only $80 dearer, are 400GH faster and significantly better on w/GH

I have a unit being shipped to me tomorrow. I can confirm from them that they use Hashfast's chip with their own board design.

did the units arrived? I need to know if this company is legit.

Yeah, I know at least me dogie and maidak all got units.

This is partially my fault. As prelease setup support has got better, less and less people ever post about getting a new unit so it becomes harder for us to know when things have shipped.

Price still impossible to ever get your money back.
Manufacturer still playing games with the software.

Anyone buying this needs their head examined.

Bitcrane, the price of this miner needs to be SUB $1k for it to even be considered.  Until then you should just mine it yourself, which I am sure you are doing anyway.

Not only manufacturers mine with your gear.
Look at mr fly from easy2mine.com
Miners at his DC are  down every day.
In the meantime his other address at www.f2pool.com has an unexplainable increase in hashrate.
Where does that hashrate coming from?
Oh, it must be variance or pool luck.

BUMP

So, is this the next hardware manufacturer that has to be forced into complying with the cgminer developers request to release their code - as stipulated by the GPLv3 License Agreement?

@ BITCRANE: Other hardware manufacturers have released their code after pressure from the Bitcoin community forced them to do so (most recently Bitmain, one of the largest). Please be gracious enough to respond to, & grant, ckolivas request - it should not be necessary for the Bitcoin community to have to force manufacturers to abide by the law. This will also alleviate any suspicions the community has about closed source software that was provided by the author for free as Open Source.

Thank you.

I'll bump this too.

BitCrane-Tech:  Please consider ckolivas's request as a matter of urgency - you are breaking the law and the GPLv3 License Agreement until you release your cgminer code as requested by the cgminer developers. Apart from this, miners are rightfully suspicious of manufacturers who refuse to release mining software that was kindly provided to them for free as Open Source - please comply with the GPLv3 License.

Thank you.
