Well, here is a review of mine. After a nice trading move on Stratis (thanks dumper) i decided to buy a Rolex from the profit. After a good search on the internet i came on BitPremier.com, but that is a very slow reacting site. Apparently the admin of it is handling all orders by sending them through to the sellers and that took days, so i stopped using that site, but one particular seller of watches came through on it and that was BitDials.
After i had found my specific watch it was time to buy it, but i am a very skeptic person, so i decided to contact them first here on BCT and through the Livesupport. I asked for reviews from other buyers and proof of existence. They told me they are also located at Chrono24 and that i even could pick it up in Frankfurt Germany and let the watch checked by an official Rolex dealer. After some time speaking with Andre i took the step. I know it is not wise to buy a watch online due to sizes and possible fakes of course i just did it.
So i bought the Rolex Submariner Date Two Tone Black Ceramic 2017 which was a new model and new in box. I ordered it last Friday with the knowledge that they wouldn't ship in the weekend because they use DHL. That would be a very loooooong weekend for me
payment was very easy. Although BTC was rising that day, the amount of BTC on their website wasn't changing. But at the end you pay with Bitpay and they correct the BTC price to the latest price, so i am very happy with the handling of ordering. The confirmation mail came very quick.
Even after purchasing Andre was VERY helpful. We talked like maybe an hour or so and at the end we were discussing other things then watches
i never had the idea he or his company was trying to scam me. In fact, he was trying to convince me that everything would be ok.
So, it became Monday and the moment of truth was there. Will they be shipping? Because i had this very looooooooong weekend of waiting i informed myself how to recognize a real Rolex. Watched dozens of movies about it so the only thing i needed was the Rolex it self to verify. At 12:00PM i got an email with a DHL tracking number which wasn't available online until 18:00PM. This all had to do with that DHL had to pick it up and scan the parcel. Eventually it came online and it all became more real then fake. The shipping that is. But on 19:00PM i saw something terrible. DHL shipped it to London and i was like...WTF!!!! Here in my country DHL is closed at 19:00PM so i stalked Andre with that and he immediately reacted on it. He called DHL and demanded them to get the parcel out of the plane and put it on the right one with first priority. He ships a lot of packages with DHL so i guess they listened to him right sway, because half an hour later i got the message "Shipment arrived at incorrect facility. Sent to correct destination" on my DHL tracking page.
And now the long waiting started. I had a problem this morning so i wasn't at home, so i was hoping they would come in the afternoon and luckily they did. At 15:00PM they were finally there with the parcel and the big moment was there. Is this Rolex legit. And it is!! Of course i am not an expert in detecting fake Rolex, but i am in Breitlings. So, i started to look for the tiniest build quality and they were all there. The Rolex was still in his protecting plastic all around, the hologram logo is the real one and the card with serial is matching the wallet. It got the genuine green box, the right booklets and everything. I have not found ANY strange part which could be pointing to a fake Rolex. The bezel ticks like it should (learned from Ebay lol). The date magnifier is doing it 2.5 times bigger while fakes are mostly doing nothing or just 1.5 times. The jeweler on the card is also real (guess they buy them from other dealers).
All i can say is that BitDials is for my watch the real deal. The support is really OUTSTANDING. They insure your package until 25k euro and shipping is free. I will definitely will buy a watch again from them. Andre and team, thank you for giving me the feeling that everything will be ok. Trust me people, they are the real deal.
