Will BitDice credit investors with Bitcoin Gold after the airdrop later this month?!
Why should they? If you invested the money in the ICO you agreed to use your bitcoin to buy the BitDice tokens, that money is no longer yours, if you wanted to receive bitcoin gold or any other free coins coming from a hard fork then you should have held your bitcoin and then use your bitcoin to buy tokens on the open market from other investors.
A clarification from alex would be nice, i want to know(and many others probably) his plan for upcoming fork.
When you invested your bitcoin you are already putting your money to the site and the site has the control of your money so I don't think it's entitled for a credit of the bitcoingold free money. Unless you are on an exchanges which you deposit your money and they made an announcement that they will support Bitcoingold.

That's why people are requesting is the site plan if they say they won't support it then the user should provide a sufficient time to withdraw their funds to get free bitcoin gold coins. If not then the site should provide an option to withdraw bitcoin gold coins later on. Still got time to withdraw funds to get free bitcoin gold if the site doesn't support this fork.

The Bitcoin Gold will never work. I've read on their thread that they are going to launch it with a premine.

They are claiming its required because they need to mine for a bit for the difficulty to stablise. But even if that was true, they could just burn the coins.

Regarding getting any airdrops/bitcoin forks, its usually as a bonus to the service. However normally if you buy something, after you buy it you aren't entitled to any dividends after the sale is made. Most likely nobody will get their bitcoin gold fork coins this way.

I know its important to launch ICO as it will attract alot of investors but site is important too in itself. Either you need time management to split hours to give time to ICO as well as site's support or you need to expand your support.

Honestly, the Bitcoin Gold fork will be a joke. I am pretty sure it won't even get launched even or it might get launched way way too late.

I might even get launched after Segwit2X fork, which I also don't think will happen either.

Problem with Bitcoin Gold is that there is 1 developer and he is working very slow and his progress so far is very slow.

So I am pretty sure alex won't worry about Bitcoin Gold fork for now.

yeah  a fork that doesn't have a legit wallet  Grin
and it is "happening" in less than ten days
unfortunately for many, because another portion of "free" coins for nothing would have been tempting
oh and Segwit2x fork should happen allright, unless more of the big players
pull out their support or some unpredictable stuff happens

Of course no service is obligated to give out the fork coins - we all understand that if you want the fork and the coins that come with it, it's down to you to hold your BTC and work it out yourself.

However, I think it's a valid question to ask, and there's absolutely no harm to do so since this is an open and transparent forum for such discussions. The Aug hardfork already shows that many sites are willing to do this, and power to them. But I wouldn't worry. BitDice has thus far operated on honest and fair grounds. Yes, we can all see that there are issues due to the ICO workload. Have a bit of faith and patience, you'll see that it all works out well.

Finally got my BTC.

It took 13 emails,17 days and a few posts on here to sort out something that should have taken 2 days tops.

I had good returns from investing in Bitdice but there is no way I can leave crypto on there with support that slow.

Good luck all and I hope you don't have the issues that I had.

It must have been a glitch in their system that caused the delay, the owners of BITDICE are respectable and trustworthy people in the bitcoins community and they will not steal anyone's money much more an investors, Gamblers are always getting their winnings how much more an investor. Continue investing and enjoy even more profits.

Indeed they are trustworthy but 17 days is too long time for such problem. Even if there is a glitch in the system then emails and posts are enough to remind them so it should not take more than 2 weeks. It is reasonable if he is a bit afraid to keep on investing because of the long delay, hopefully bitdice come here to confirm what is the actual reason of the long delays.

How long does it take to withdraw from this site???

It's been 48 hours and nothing is happening.

No response from support as usual.

How about this one? Is this fixed already?

It worked instantly when copied the link and pasted it into the bitdice address window.
It wouldn't work if I just clicked the link from the email.

- Support has been slow due to the ICO phases which is understandable.
- Alex keeps occupied with ICO stuff so I'm not sure who takes complaints on a priority basis had you posted your queries here.I'm glad you had good returns investing with BitDice but slow support isn't the proper reason to  leave the site.Let the ICO phase get over, support will be enhanced  I believe.

This is actually a pretty common occurence in many of these forums and threads.

Basically when someone's money is halted, no matter what the amount, people usually go bezerk until they get it back.

Money is a very emotional thing and that's why many people get very angry when they lose it or have someone hold it for them.

It is same for all bitcoin services. Someone that have any kind of problem that needs support attention start screaming as soon as it happens. 1000 people who have no problems ofcourse dont scream. When there are few screaming panic starts. Altho are just few and 10000 others are totally fine, but people have no ideas, since they dont say it.   if something go wrong in old economy you should be happy to be solved in a week. Usually would take a month.

Life, Love and Laughter...
Treasure Chest Bonus Update.

The bonus was abused, so we had to change it a bit. We've discussed those changes in chat and we agreed to this:

1) You are required to have at least level 4 to get it.
2) If results are good (to the site) we are going to slowly increase the reward for users.

The update was implemented effective immediately.

Regards,
Alex

yet another site cutting bonuses and faucets
primedice,stake,crypto-games now bitdice-all are either halving faucets or removing bonuses
shifting from getting new memebers and retaining the old to saving money spent on freebies

level four is what? 5 bitcoins wagered?

I don't see anything wrong with this kind of policy, maybe you skipped the words, Alex clearly wrote the word ABUSED and it clearly shows that many people took undue advantage of this, and we all know newbies are only here for this kind of freebies and then they will make multiple accounts, I feel it's fair enough that only legit users get rewarded, this will clear the way for only the legit players to stay, gets my vote up.

This tends to happen with Bitcoin related bonuses.  Users usually have the ability to make multiple accounts and try to game the system.  I think by a Bitcoin gambling site's very nature of not requiring KYC/AML, bonuses should be foregone.

There are just some born cheaters who want to game the system.

Contact support about this(alex is probably busy with upgrades might take time for him to reply). alternatively check if your btc has been converted/invested in to ICO. you can login here(https://ico.bitdice.me/en/) if your btc was invested you should see your csno balance.

Still no reply.

Just sent support a THIRD email regarding the missing 1.3 BTC from my account.

Anyone else had problems with this site?Huh

Your situation is very unfortunate but i have tried to see whether the funds was able to send at all , check your transaction history and see if there was any transaction, I am beginning to suspect that you were hacked because you were unable to get access to the initial email of the account. Be patient for a while because the owner has been very busy recently.

Despite me not telling him to do so Alex went ahead and confirmed the withdrawal that was initiated in August. Now my BTC has gone to your ICO address!

Here is the transaction : https://blockchain.info/tx/323d74ca4cd4cf79c0a6082ee257067313809a3b79a43005f8a7850ec2c88e4e

As usual no reply from Alex for days.

@grermezter Can you look into it and send it back to my casino account?
