Most sites with only 2 decimals won't let you win a jackpot with just a 77.77 hit since that happens quite frequently. Some require you to roll 77.77 twice in a row to win the jackpot for example.

I'll agree this happens on many sites and honestly I don't like this, the site should award at the first time only, or keep it fixed at 4 decimals which creates transparency for me knowing I can win at the first shot or not win at all. That's one major difference between Bitdice and other sites Bitdice is transparent, quick in support, active community and most importantly they got best of games, you can try it and you'll agree to all I said.

It's also interesting that BITdice has four decimal to make it harder to hit jackpot. I always thought that two decimals are standard.

Yeah four decimals also allows for higher possible multipliers.

I know at least two other dice sites with four decimals, and exactly so that you can go for high multipliers/payouts. That's sort of why dice is so popular IMO, the chance to hit it big with such a small bet. Personally never go for max payout except occassionally and I've won x100 a few times but seen plenty of hits of x10k or more. 100 satoshi on autobet hunting for that big payout seems to be popular with regular dicers.

I don't see how 2 decimals can make a big jackpot too. 1 in 10,000 will mean a lot of jackpot hits.

I think to chance to get the jackpot with 2 decimals will occur as much as possible because it is easier to get 2 decimals instead of 4 decimals but the jackpot that they hit will of course be the same. Because the calculation will be based on the basebet, big or small bet will determine the result, so if a player play on both site 2 decimals and 4 decimals and lets say he hits both with the same bet then the amount he receives will be exactly the same

If chance to get jackpot is higher with 2 decimals then you cant say that amount will be the same as with 4 decimals, since jackpot will get emptied more often. Unless this jackpot works differently as I imagine.

When you consider the amounts of big bets that are often played at Bitdice keeping 4 decimals makes sense, if it was kept easy all would win and the excitement of winning the jackpot would fade away. I think the jackpot works just fine, and in the end I think we'll should respect Bitdice decision to keep it at 4 decimals, as that's what makes it more challenging and fun to win.

What both of you said is right, I do not say that it is bot fair to have this 4 decimals to hit the jackpot but if you compare on 2 decimals and 4 decimals, it is really a big different you have there, by adding 2 more decimals it will sure harder but the chance to hit it is higher. But what I am refering this is let say with just 2 decimals and you will hit one time jackpot in 10k of bets. But in the reality this will not happen, you need just more than that

I tried it on so many sites and always ask them the chances to hit the jackpot but in the end, I have not hit once

No... I think the extra decimals means more difficult. Nobody makes four decimals and makes the jackpot hit on 77.7700. Every extra decimal means extra 10 multiplier. It is the difference between 1 in 10,000 and 1 in 1,000,000 for 2 extra decimals. So if you could hit on 1 in 10,000 the jackpot would probably be much smaller than the jackpot on the 1 in 1 million. If not, then show me the site with 2 decimals and I guarantee I will hit jackpot in a few days Wink

This is all just pure assumption you have there, did you ever tried with 10k, 100k or even 1mil bets? I believe you are not going to believe the result. You said that it will hit the jackpot in 10 for examples but in reality in does not going to hit it, it is going to be more than 10k I believe so in the end, if you hit the jackpot with more than 10k bets, you will still on negative, unless you are pretty lucky enough to hit it under that 10k

So I do not really calculate the jackpot details, and btw I do not really think that you need a few days just to have 10k bets, you only need some few minutes to get it done but of course no jackpot Grin

At first thought one has to feel happy for him, but then at the same time look at his bet amount what if he had played a big bet he could have a won a huge amount, though it's a small amount a jackpot win is always special congratulation to the unknown winner.
At least he won.  Grin

He probably didn't have that thought that he'd win but at least he won.

Whoever you are congratulations.

Sure, a jackpot hit is a still jackpot no matter how much the amount he won. He was so lucky to hit 77.7777, he might not hit it again if he try to hunt it with bigger bet amount. So just play as usual to win from the game and just take it as a bonus once someone hit the 77.7777
Probably Bitdice needs to add one more tab there to inform users about jackpot hit. It is an interesting info to read IMO, so users can see how many times the jackpot has been hit so far and how much are won every hit.

Thanks.

Yeah, although much doesn't seem to be happening it's because most work isn't quite visible yet.

This guy just came here to spam it seems to me he may have lost his money on the site and decided to spam here, and it seems after his words were exposed he's gone for good. Yes all this UI work and other updates will take time, and everyone's aware and patiently waiting for it.

A user won a portion of the jackpot today by hitting 77.7777!

To win the entire jackpot one would have to bet atleast 0.01 so would have had to bet quite a bit more. Just winning it with that kinda bet is already pretty good imo.

Look at the quarterly reports and pay attention to milestones like accomplishments or product segment updates. All you were asking about is there. Even financial details are there. Last blog post says upcoming is roulette, support, sportsbetting.

Now you, you point out all the things you were complaining about instead of doing silly one liners. Otherwise, you can find some other thread to spam.

Billion promises in the white paper. It's all just same as before

It's not all the same, and if you're following the updates from this thread or if you even play at the site, then you know for sure roadmap developments have been achieved. We were promised a casino with new UI and new offerings, promised dividends. So far we've got all that.

I can not notice any recent UI changes.

Wow, really, that's it? You come in here, make a totally inaccurate claim, and say it's "all just same as before".

Then someone points out that you're wrong, and gives a few examples of changes and updates that were promised and delivered, not to mention all the other things being worked on and updated transparently if you bothered to read the regular reports published or even follow this thread.

Then you come in with another 1-liner but now saying "recent". Funny guy.
