Its just for users in the chat. The rainbot only credits active users in the chat who meet the wagering requirements.

*sigh* just as i thought i made progress bypassing the previous anti-ddos protection for DiceBot.... At least I already know pretty well how the cloudflare protection works and how to work around it.
We are good again. Sorry for this issue, however with CloudFlare we now more secure than ever.
Hello guys, as we noticed we've moved to CloudFlare, however we still have some issue with websocket connection, CF denies it. I'm working with their engineers to fix the issue ASAP. Will keep you posted.
