Those wondering what kind of email inquiry we sent to Bitdice at the time were the following:

Hello again,

I refer to previous e-mail correspondence and miss a feedback.

Here is my inquiry last week:

"Good afternoon,

We at www.Krypto-oddsen.com, suspect that Bitdice's Affilate program does not work at all. Deposits have been made, but no commission.

If you look for this month (February 2022 - 01.02 - 10.02), you see a deposit of xxx.xxx USD, and Casino bets sum is xxx.xxx. It says absolutely nothing more.

I also ask to check the previous history from November 2021 to January 2022".

This casino has over 30 scam reports and their announcement thread is already abandoned, there's a warning on this casino and everybody should be aware of their status I'm not playing here after I first read the accusations on them last year and the team did not address all those complaints if they are scamming their players there's a chance that they will also scam their promoters although on 1XBIT case they pay their affiliate handsomely but continue to scam their players.

We at www.krypto-oddsen.com are completely honest. We have also probably lost our affiliate commission and the registered players who still play after this forum (most likely)

We have temporarily removed them from our site (as of today)

We expect Bitdice.me to come on board and resolve issues.

It's very simple: When Bitdice does not manage to respond to a request from its partners, one can wonder how it is with players ... Maybe it's our reaction, since we Scandinavians are so "overprotected" where consumer power is high up in people's lives, but again; Bitdice has failed to answer us for many months. Live chat employees are outsourced to Asian countries with no influence, only forwarding inquiries.
If they aren't paying you your affiliate comission, then they have scammed you. If none of them are responding, then try writing to them on their announcement thread. If you receive no reply, then open a scam accusation thread and post all relevant proofs. They will get negative trust and people will be more cautious when using their casino (at least users from this forum).

might be too extreme to go for an immediate ban, might just want to add a highlighted note on the top about how they're not responding to emails (at least, to you anyway). Or maybe give them an ultimatum of a few months or so instead? Ofc, not here I reckon, the account that manages the site has been inactive since 2021, so put a note that after 3 months, the casino would be removed from your site. Just to note I haven't really used them, I've heard them but that's about it.

^ Do you think they are still the same who run this casino?
I mean, dogedice.me was inactive a long time ago, and probably one of their staff now running this casino which never cares about the reputation. I never heard any scam accusation towards them before and probably how they care their reputation before not to ruin. But now this behavior it seems there is a change that they must be avoided, I did not accuse or even defend them but I want to hear their side about this matter, two affiliate gambling websites removing them it seems they remove their affiliation program and probably they announce this somewhere else.
There are actually some scams accusations for this casino in the past. Some had been resolved and some havent.

This is mostly regarding with that ICO investments but speaking with their casino then they do always pay without any hiccups or problems.
It is just people do really need for them to be that responsive.

This is crypto wild west... all we can do (and must do...) as affiliates is warn people so they dont "feed" such operations.

Agree with you!

Hope this forum contributes to a sustainable forum community for gamblers who are looking for trusted crypto casinos.

We, as affiliate partners, have shown a responsibility as well.

Did the right thing, these casinos should treat their partners well and affiliate should warn casinos that don't honour their comitment to their affiliate I admire affiliates who inform the status of the casinos they are promoting, other affiliates will ignore if casinos scam their players as long as they are receiving their shares I have seen affiliates websites where they promote a known casino scammers and they don't care.

The CSNO token has absolutely plummeted in value.

I think that they saw the ICO as a cash grab and did not care a single bit about investor value afterwards.

Certainly sad to see a lot of the older projects in the cryptospace go, but I guess that's what comes with time. BitDice used to be one of my favourites, but even I have to admit that they have regressed so much that it's not worth using anymore.

I don't follow the site anymore, they were popular back then but after they raise an ICO, they started to lose their popularity, and AFAIK, their project failed? correct me if I'm wrong. The review maybe is justified, so it's good that the community are aware of we can think twice before playing with this site.

They do not respond to emails, in fact they have not answered us for several months. It is serious enough to give a warning to anyone who plays with cryptocurrency.
What are the other associations against them apart from not answering emails. This evidence is not enough to proof anything.
I think this is more an early warning than a direct accusation against the website, after all if you are one of their partners and they have not answered your requests for months then it is fair to think about what is happening with that casino that cannot even take the time to write a reply to you, so I think that @Zberg is doing the right thing here by warning the community that something could be going on that casino and for the time being to stay clear from it.
So far there were no complaints about on not getting paid but still they are operational which means that they are still doing good although there might be some key areas on which they do neglect it out or doesnt really

put up that much attention which it resulted to this and its true that this is some sort of warning but not an accusation that they are shady or being scam. They've been on gambling business for several years
which you couldnt not make out some conclusion that they arent trusted just because they havent been responding out.

Dear members,

We are an affiliate team of 3. We want to inform everyone about the Online Crypto Casino BitDice: We have decided to blacklist them from our site www.krypto-oddsen.com

They do not respond to emails, in fact they have not answered us for several months. It is serious enough to give a warning to anyone who plays with cryptocurrency.

From the consumer perspective: They do not respond to their partners; What about their players?

They have also outsourced their customer support staff in Asia - without any particular influence, only further inquiries and promises to help. They have always said that they should contact the right department, but nothing has happened.

We have used the following emails to contact BitDice:

Hope this contributes to a healthy online community where all crypto-gamblers can feel safe.

I was inclined to come in and try to defend them, never having used them but considering that affiliates have a different set of incentives than players. However it seems that with your post and subsequent posts there is a string of behavior that adds up to a bad future for users of this site. The pattern seems to match with the previous owner selling out for a price and the new owner not showing proper care in defending the reputation. These seem like very easy fixes when someone sacrifices short term savings for long term potential, but all the warning signs are there that this site needs to be avoided now.

They are not active here in the forum so I don’t think we can get explanation from them though since you’ve tried to email them multiple times and yet no response, that could mean something and because of many allegations already against them, this can’t be good for them to stay silent. Communications is the best way to resolve the issues, but Bitdice.me is not cooperating, for whatever the issues is this is not a good practice at all.

Or do you really need to have a poll on this one?

I think it's enough that Bitdice has been exposed, if I'm not mistaken this is not the first time that a customer or at least an affiliate has some issues with them. They used to have a good reputation from this community, but in the last couple of months, it seems that they have an issue that they need to sort out.

Anyhow, thanks for giving us the warning.
Not that I want a poll on this one but since op put it that way then it shouldn't be like that not that it matters by the way. The important thing is that gambling sites like this should be exposed to everyone not just gamblers but also to other people who might came across to this site without knowing it's reputation or issues about it. That's the main reason right so it should be focus on that rather than the poll itself although it could also be used to show the result on how many people know its reputation and voted that it is not to be trusted.

What's with the voting in this thread?.

I also didn't understand anything about this vote because OP just put:

1 - itDice.me
2 - Not trusted

he should have put it like this:

1 - Trusted
2 - Not trusted

that would make more sense.

Sharing or exposing a gambling site that it's not to be trusted is enough. After all, doing that alone is already a huge help for gamblers to stay away from that site at all cost to avoid wasting their money for nothing.

true, but it wouldn't be a problem if he had put the vote like I did

Quite true. I would also do the same as what you have suggested rather than putting itdice.me and not trusted. Well, op already did that then my guess is that those who will vote would most likely to choose not trusted since the first choice did not make sense to be exact. Base on what I see is that op is new to this forum then my guess is that op didn't have much knowledge about the forum's features if you ask me. Sooner or later, it wouldn't be the same as of now when that time comes.

An ann thread with a self-moderated thread is also suspicious. This seems like they don't want anyone to post in there with words that point out their mistakes or something like that so, once a person posted in there with negative remarks then they can delete it like it didn't happened.
