But it does not matter with networking I guess, because you can open their site and when you clicked on the giftbox nothing happened. May be they still have problem on their faucet things. You should contact their admin soon with some clear screenshot because I never found out anything happened to their faucet thing. Not on every sites that I ever join

Did you try to refresh the webpage and tried to click again the green giftbox? All players doesn't have any problems on claiming aside from the new maximum claims per day which is only 5x/24 hours and exceeding claims then the site will notify you and remember only 1 IP per claim.
