Are you sure you did not make a mistake? The first guy on the screenshot has 24,689 mbtc = 24.689BTC but you wrote he has wagered 24,689BTC = 24k BTC??
Full Stop and comma can make a big difference but it depends on where you live.

Its not a glitch but claiming faucet is been decreased from once in an hour down to 5x claim on a day. Admin decided to limit faucet claims because there are some players do abuse it and making many accounts that's why this action have been made.We should remember that faucets are good to test it out the game and not on milking or making a living with the site.

it has been broken for a while,then it started to give too many faucet claims error
then I was able to claim it,next day it says "too many claims" again
