All, this is a scam. Cut your losses and stop post bumping so others don't get scammed as well.
If it wasn't a scam the pending deposits would have been cleared. His method is snow balling. I believe its around 40 BTC in at the moment to clear a .5 deposit. Eventually it will get so back logged like it is now that there almost little to no risk for OP. So essentially, the site may remain in operation, but that doesn't mean people will get paid even their initial deposits. The OP is most likely on a flight to the Caribbean for a nice vacation..
There are 100s of other sites to gamble on. This is a high risk.

he cant just clear payments more people need to invest to cover all these pending payments.There were several deposits of .5 back at the beginning when the minimum was .005 and most other people only invested .005..which set off the huge backlog to begin with because it took so many smaller deposits to clear the big one. I think thats why the minimum is now .05, but the damage was done last week already
