]I wonder where they get such information that 99 percent of accounts are lost, I still don’t understand, 7 percent of everything and they should be restored in a short time.
I really hope you're right. My personal account was also blocked, but it was not a lot of money, however, I hope that soon I will restore the account.

Ahhh, your only way out is to hope for the best:)

They will restore it, and they do it, because there are backup copies, it means that work is underway

I believe there were no fire.

They collected some amount of users and got their funds.
Then they told about fire in server room and removed account balances.

They will "restore" 1% of accounts, but stole others 99%.

You need to restore only 7% of accounts.

I am sure that soon all the flaws and glitches will be corrected. I'm hopeful.

I also think a couple of weeks and all accounts will be restored, then there will be no more complaints, we will wait

If there was a fire, how could they steal money, if everything was lost for example? how do i know that they have backups and they reinstall accounts gradually
You need to wait for your turn to recover your account. The work is going slowly but surely.

It is logical, even months may come to it, because there were a lot of users and you need a lot more patience

BiteBTC is a scam exchange. They have frozen accounts, withheld withdrawals and are not responding to support requests. Instead, their twitter account is swamped with listing news to lure new users in. Also they appear to be the only exchange that even Coinmarketcap posts a warning on (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bitebtc/). I highly doubt they are from Singapore, given the many "loyal supporters" here, who have also made Russian posts. However, I will still file a police report with the Singaporean police authorities. Does anyone have additional ideas/intel?

Hello. The BiteBTC site has an IP address, the provider assigned it, the provider has a contract for the provision of services with the site owner, the passport data will be in the contract. Write a statement to the police, they request information from the provider, find an accomplice in the fraud and his associates, initiate a criminal case, block finances, try fraudsters and return the contributions to the victims. Investors are found in databases seized from fraudsters. You only need to act promptly until the fraudsters cover their tracks, and the message ERROR404 did not appear on the monitor screen when entering the BiteBTC address.

Exchange BiteBTC should be removed altogether from Coinmarketcap this is pure fraud! Specially there will be a price of coins buying them for a very high price to attract our deposits! My accounts have not been restored, there remained large deposits!
The price of the simplest coin. They buy independently 10,000% higher than the market price to attract your deposits because of the high rating of Coinmarketcap!

Today, my account has been successfully restored, now I can continue to use the services of the exchange.

Everything is not as bad as it seems in reality, the team is working on their problems and this is important, we will wait for further results

I cannot log in to my account.

I have been fully verified by this exchange. It took them a long time but I can trade for dollars there.

I have very little there as I was in the stage of testing it.
