I'm constantly updating about the not paying out things. All major investors did not get there money from like 26th december till now. The people behind the customer service of the site are (as moek11 states) on holiday and so our request/ e-mails cannot be answered. I can only hope that its true! Cause otherwise i lost a lot of bitcoins i have still like 2.1 bitcoin to cash out but decided to earn more for my last 2.5 bitcoin building. But now the site is down. I hope when it comes online again that the database is not messed up again. I have screenshots taken from my phone just as it went offline again so i have proof

Yea heard they say before. About Changing hosting on january.. but theres no official announcement for this..

Probaby, but shouldn't have they announced it here? Otherwise the panic will blend in because we have invested money here and deserve at least an announcement about the changes . I always calculated the hours about the faucet claims and this is the 4th or 5th time that the site is down and that screws my whole strategy ...

I was noticing the same thing. Only small amounts of payout. So if bitfactory.co is reading this i hope they will still pay out cause otherwise this will proof that it is a scamsite that only pays for a short time and then gets of with your money
I have three missing cashouts for a sum of about 0.8 BTC. It seems they are paying only small amounts. Generic "wait and thanks for the cooperation" is the support answer.
I do not get answered by the site owners after several mails.
Our support went on holiday when we come back, that's why you have not had replies by email in the last 2 days, he should be back online in 2-3 days.

You did not read the post well my friend. Everybody contacted them about the loss of payments but didn't get response on the support mail. It turns out the people who answer the questions on the support mail are on holiday as moek quoted. Inonly asked moek to contact me if he wants proof of my cash out cause i make a screenshot of avery payout a make. So next time be sure you read the post well before you post something!
