Maybe you are experiencing some problems on Bitforex there may also be an error so they freeze your own account.

I have used the Bitforex exchange several times but there are no problems at all even the funds have not been held. The bitforex account has not passed KYC but it is still safe to make withdrawals until now.

Maybe only a few experience this, but for me Bitforex is still safe.

So you mean Bitforex is still a good and trusted exchange to deal with, I will not recognized that unless they fix the issues of OP, who have posted all his proofs, can you please post your proof that you have also transacted with this exchange.

I will never trade in this kind of exchange that failed to resolve this issue it will haunt them, deposit at your own risk here, you maybe become the next victim.

It is my first time to use the exchange so when it happened I look for any thread related to my concern happened days ago, so here are my proofs regarding what happened in my end.

ETH transfer

XRP transfer

XRP Ticket

ETH ticket

Bitforex sent the funds to my account

Is there any progress on this case of yours OP? I went to this thread the other day because I got a problem with bitforex too, at first I was really nervous because it is my first time to use it, however, I am amazed with the outcome, I accidentally sent my XRP to bitforex without a destination tag so I created a ticket, even made a video of me on how I did it, and they say usually it will take 7 days so I waited for it then I made another deposit of ETH since I will be using it for investing on their IEO, guess what? It didn't show and it took half day and still nothing, no ETH came on my wallet but what happened is, their live support is very helpful and instead of waiting for days, it only took a couple of hours and my funds were posted on my account so I think if you will follow the rules everything will be in place.

And this will serve as a warning for all those users, withdraw your funds as soon as you can.
I don't know how can we help you here? If there is a bitforex acct in the forum, we can put negative trust, however, I couldn't find one.
I search for their profile earlier on in the forum but i didn't get any. What i noticed is that they have been generously listing lots and lots of shit IEOs from fake projects and that's how many users have been fooled to use their exchange but that should not be an excuse because i see so many warnings about them withholding people's funds and faking volume

My problem has not been resolved, they do not return the money, they reply to letters in support with standard phrases that they are investigating, wait ... Who can tell me what to do in this situation?
There is nothing much that can be done except maybe sue them if you have enough personal information about the people or company behind the exchange but you might spend lots of money on legal procedures.

Can they at least tell you what they are investigating?
Also, I am just curious what made you use such a fake exchange among all genuine and legit exchanges that are available

I have the feeling that they want to keep the money themselves.
The OP seemed to follow what is needed and he's being accused for using multi accounts which is not.
Looking for more reasons not to release his funds is a warning for other users of this exchange.
The money "lost" is considered a lot already especially now that almost all of us needed funds in this time of crisis.
Running after them will cost you a lot of money.
If the OP can't resolve this using those official accounts of bitforex, one thing that we can deduced from this situation - BEWARE of this exchange at all cost.
And this will serve as a warning for all those users, withdraw your funds as soon as you can.

Yes, I experienced a very similar situation with BitForex and I can confirm that BitForex is a scam exchange. Stay away. Anyone can read up on my experience and how got my money back following the link below or on SheldCob on r/bitcoin on Reddit.

Don't fall for this trick!
This guy is advertising a so-called fund recovery firm that prays on desperate victims, just check his post history:

I think everyone should read this up about Revolut if you’re having similar issues. I just found this on on a revie site.

Went to make researches about this accusation, I think you all should see this.

Yeah, I was reading reviews on the internet from other forums, Reddit, and review checker sites. I found this, you and your people should check it out. I think similar complaints too, and the latest was very useful.

He has been scammed by bitforex, coinbe, revolut, oqkex and every time he has recovered his funds with this company..
Yeah right...
They will claim they can recover your money for a fixed fee, you pay and then they are gone.
ok, thank you!

They closed all my Tickets, and replied that I violated the rules of trading on MT 5 accounts) I also ask you to note that they canceled not only profit but also the initial deposit!

Even if you violate that rule, I don't think it's their rights to take your funds. Is this on their TOS?

Last time I recall most exchange (at least the reputable one) would send back the deposit money to the address where it comes from after closing the account. But this is straight-up stealing your money using a somewhat debatable offense.

I have seen something similar to that, it looks like an auto-set responses for accounts that are wiped ‘violating trading rules on MT5 accounts’. Well I suggest that you report instantly to Ombudsman to settle the dispute or report directly to Funds Recovery. You can check up the link to the review I replied earlier or send a PM to forward the link.

Sorry to hear your loss. Hope you get you coins back.

Try to contact of the admin in their TG channel. It might help your case. I just tried it and messaged one of the admin and just received a reply.

Are they finally doing an exit scam now?
Only 1 scam report for today but it seems it is coming.
Nothing green light I can find against this exchange besides for being the biggest "Wash Trading" exchanges.
Most likely using "Bitforex is at high risk".
