NEOBEE Bitfunder Migration Grace Period
In light of Bitfunder's recent announcements, we are enabling each Bitfunder shareholder ONE free migration to Havelock.
The following limitations apply:
1. You must initiate this migration request before November 1, 2013.
2. Due to a massive amount of requests, your migration might take anywhere from 1-14 days to process.
3. Beginning Nov. 1st, all transfers will go back to having the 1btc service fee.
4. We can make no guarantees that Bitfunder or Havelock will not impose additional limitations on trading in the future.
How to Transfer Shares:
1. Make the subject of your email: NEOBEE
2. Push the amount of shares to the issuer account on Bitfunder: NeoBee
3. Send an e-mail to [email protected] from your account email address registered with Havelock, and also note the address and quantity of shares within the email conent.
4. Do NOT send your request more than once, and do NOT include other requests, questions or comments.
Transfers will be transfered in batches, and confirmations will ONLY be sent after each batch. Do NOT send emails requesting updates.
NOTE: TAT Investments is not responsible for any lost value, arbitrage, or trading opportunities due to delays in processing transfer requests. TAT Investments is not responsible for any limitations or discontinuations of services or access to liquidity imposed by the host exchanges.

would his own asset be listed on the exchange? technically, the ukyo.bond would not meet the listing requirement.
Maybe it's OK as long as he only issues the loan to non-US customers?

Yes, I've done many identity's checks and documents required were always Citizens Card and an utility bill.
I know many people who doesn't have credit cards, passport or driver's license, this are awful requirements for nationality proof.

Now it's almost dead. Majority of people will not bother to submit identity documents. So, it's safe to assume it will be closed after 1 November.

And I find that there is no option to upload my identity card, that is, I believe the most important identification in most country, should be worth 50 points.
My guess is that it is an Americanism, as they do not have identity cards, but driver licenses has been providing that somewhat.In most other parts of the world, driver licenses do not carry such a high identity function (and are actually refused in many cases). And many people actually do not bother with getting a driving license (especially if living in a big city). What it should be is identity card or driver license, only for countries without identity cards.

Well don't travel to other EU countries, eg. the Netherlands. Which is very quick extraditing people to the US, even their own citizens, under mere suspicion of a crime.

There was shouting, a handful of prominent experts in international trade law weighed in with their august opinions, and burnside made a halfhearted retraction along the lines of "Lolz ugize, i wasn't serious!"

Personally I think taking advantage of the new crowdfunding laws is the way to go, and even if those laws were not being enacted then somehow becoming legal is a much better course of action. Getting entrenched now as the legal bitcoin stock exchange will be well worth it.

Almost all Bitcoin exchanges have gone legit, and that has greatly benefited bitcoin. I hope someone will do the same for the bitcoin security market. It may be a tall order, but if someone pulls it off, at least we could begin attracting more serious investments rather than being limited to illegally betting some playmoney in casino exchanges on mostly scam assets.

Well its a stab in the dark to see if they can continue running. I am sure if they plan at this stage to close everything down they would have done that now instead of this no Americans mess.
If this puts them in clear legal water then it worked. Personally I think taking advantage of the new crowdfunding laws is the way to go, and even if those laws were not being enacted then somehow becoming legal is a much better course of action. Getting entrenched now as the legal bitcoin stock exchange will be well worth it. For example NASDAQ is worth several billion dollars (Thats over 50,000,000 bitcoin)
