So btcQuick is in debt with CoinLenders? Why? Or is it a Ascension's personal debt?

hi, inorder to transfer share, do I need to transfer the share to your bitfunder acc 1st? or no need to do anything, it will transfer to the my btc-address in the bitfunder acc?

They are going to use other platform instead of google checkout as they stated becasuse google checkout cannot handle the high number of transactions. Lots of people are buying, you can see their twitter.

Not for viewing the sharholders balance per BTC address.
But for trading (depends on your country).

For me (Germany): yes, no other way besides doing a manual address verification.

For other countries, you have the posibility to avoid this fee.
Depens on whether you can use http://www.miicard.com/ to verify your home address.

Not sold aka btcQuick retains ownership of those shares.

Now that you did not answer a few very important questions about last period of time that you were supposed to pay dividends, I have to bring up one idea. It seems the "hack" was purely your fault by not using 2FA protection, you also missed to provide sales numbers and what damage was done and all this after leaving us in dark for 7days. This is unacceptable and I suggest as punishment you do not pay dividends on privately held shares by BTCquick for at least month.

You will need to register but you do not need to complete any verification steps.

If some nice guy is going to issue PT-Shares on some stock-market, Can you give them some supports like collecting & locking issuers's shares?
