Perhaps look in the contract specifications on page 1.

Supplemental dividend plan:
“Friedcat” has confirmed that once the passthrough reaches 5,000 shares it will receive a board member seat. The current ASICMINER plan is that each board member will receive a trial ASICMINER mining board. If the passthrough receives this board, 95% of the mining income will be paid out to the shareholders of G.ASICMINER-PT as an additional dividend payment. Additional dividend disbursement will be no more longer than every ASICMINER dividend disbursement. At the discretion of the G.ASICMINER-PT issuer, these extra dividends may be distributed sooner.

It will be hosted by either me or by a third party for example Jon Montroll.

So who gets the home devices? DeadTerra? Will they be mined for the benefit of shareholders?

I get one because it was, like my idea and stuff.

The other one is put up for auction at BitMit.  And I get half.   Grin

Whatever is done it must be announced far ahead of time because it will cause a disconnect between G.ASICMINER and other forms of ASICMINER.

My vote would be auctioning them off at BITMIT. "now". And sending them when they get here ;-)

Should be spun off to current holders

G.ASICMINER-PT is now up to 11,689 shares. Smiley

Sweet.  That's enough for two board seats and two first-kid-on-the-block, super-elite, closed beta, ASICMINGER@home devices!

How long would transfer of shares into passthrough take? There are Dividents anticipated for Wednesday.

Your shares would not be in limbo.
Friedcat will pay either you, or the PT the divs for the shares.
You will get yours either way. Smiley

I am sure DT will check the transfer confirms from Friedcat before processing divs.
And even if there was some sort of awkward mishap, DT has proven trustworthy that he would fix it asap.
I received a pm this morning with the updated list of new ASICMINER deposits Smiley
I will import them in just a bit, please be patient.

Out of curiosity, what does the G in G.ASICMINER-P refer to?

Gamma. Smiley

DT prefixes all his assets with G.
It's reserved for him. Tongue
It's my thing xD
Started with Gamma Bitcoin Fund and then spread to all my other assets Smiley
If it's Gamma before it's usually run by me Cheesy

Shocked  ~BTC1/share on btct.co?!?!   Shocked

Holy guacamole Batman.

btct.co is like BitFloor vs MtGox; lower volume, higher volatility and a preview of what will happen on the larger exchange.

*buys moar on BF for <BTC1 while still possible*

With ASICMINER it's not quite that imbalanced.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1607325

Good opportunities all over the place on this one.  Someone should graph the bitcointalk asicminer volume in the auctions section.  Wink

Why is there such a difference between the Bitfunder/Bttc passthrough prices at the moment? Currently ~0.69BTC vs~1BTC respectively. I'm not implying that there is anything wrong with either passthrough, I just don't understand the psychology of it.

BitFunder PT has 11 times more shares than the BTCT PT. Supply and Demand.

Probably a lack of liquidity both in shares and btc on both platforms.... Give it some time and there will be ppl with both enough shares and btc on either platform to arbitrages the prices back to near equilibrium
