You could try sending an email to their support([email protected]) about this problem maybe they will respond much faster there than here in forums.

any info on what exactly the faucets going to be like (limit, how much is starter, how much increase per lvl, etc..)
We do not know at the moment, but everything is configurable and we will adjust it based on the market at time of release, we will keep it best paying faucet around.

i was just playing and made 1000 bits off 10 bits and lost it all lol.Plain luck mate
Btw I definitley think it would be a good idea to make a nice leveling system like other sites, also a chat room and some mini games in the chat rooms, the last one is definitely something that will keep people staying.
