Maybe we can conclude that's what happening here since we don't see anyone discuss regarding on their participation and they need to come up with promo codes as part of there marketing but it seems this one didn't work for them. If they continue to experience this and no gamblers will gamble on the lottery they held then provably that they will see them fail.
