OMG, i feel really bad for everyone that bought this D3.
71 usd a month? Bitmain totally destroyed the market.

I get you point but they hash a little higher and draw a little less power.  And dash along with every alt is getting smacked around by the btc bull if/when dash rebounds it will improve.

Question about the APW++ Do I need to connect it to 220v to have enough power for the D3?

What batch your D3's are from ? Did you get a 15 , 17 or 19 GH/s miner ?
As reported by a few members here on the forum , the 15GH/s version pull under 1000watts , so youshould be ok on 110-120volt.
I think the 17GH/s version should be ok also, those miner are pulling less than 1200watts , the apw3++ rated to 1200 watts on 110volts.
Im not sure about the 19GH/s version ,i have a few those , the power consumption is around 1150-1260 watts  for each , so i would not suggest to use it with apw3++ on 110-120 volts.

I didn't receive it yet. I have the coming batch so I don't know what GH/s it will be and I don't know what will be my import charge.
The specs of the apw++ say it cannot output more than 1200 watt on 120v. Is it just because off the wall outlet max safe rating or psu itself?
If I downclock it to 17GH/s for more stability will it take  same power than the version at 17GH/s?

Hi,

I received the D3 but not my APW.

My APW is on the invoice but I had just 1 trackinglink for the D3.

Anyone had the same problems?

When will I receive the APW?

Yeah its normal for bitmain to do sht like that.. they sometimes send out the miners first, and the psu would come after that.. so you should be expecting to recieve your shipping information cor the apw3++ very shortly.
I also had miners sent to me and wait for the psu to be shipped, most the time is within a week from each other, so shouldnt be too long of a wait for you.

1260 watts is fine on a 110-120 volt outlet.  You should stay under 80% of the max load on a normal US outlet, which would be 1440 watts.

How much were your import charges? I ordered 9 that are currently shipping through UPS.

I am actually surprised ROI is still that high. Should be able to break even within 6-12 months which is still alright IMHO.
Still hoping difficulty won't rise too much within the next weeks, though...

I've just received my D3 and after 2 days of working it produced only 0.02 DASH, that's terrible, ROI impossible.

I'm getting a lot of discarded jobs as you can see here :

Is it normal?.

I have the same, not sure if it's normal though... Anyone that can confirm this? Maybe good to mention the batch and the firmware version as well.
I have the same issue on an October batch, flashed with the september firmware

Clueless!
My D3 Nov 1-15th miner has shipped. As stated in a previous post I'm pretty sure mine was the last of this batch in that due to a fluke
of a conversation and a buddy refreshing page...for giggles as we talked...I got one 1.5 hours after the auction wrapped up ....

Anyway, pretty sure I'm the last of this batch. Just an FYI.
