Hello

Sorry for the delays I was in a trip to Iceland to speed up the setup of the new Data Center to host miners.

I am processing all the orders that are on hold during the weekend, if your order is not in Processing status by Monday please let me know.

We will stop using the Chase Bank and we will return to our Bank of America account because looks Chase does not like Bitcoin related business.

Regards

Juan

Is this what you are looking for?
Yeah, I saw that, but there's no way it could have been moved to processing since the escrow deposit is incomplete.  He knows that order is still on hold and he knows why.  My question is why he's chosen to just leave it like that?

Am I using the wrong email address ([email protected])?

Just resent my Saturday night email with a further query.

RE: order  #1418

Hello Juan,

What do we do about this hanging order?  Do we start again or do you no longer do escrow?

Thanks -- Trevor

I think you were supposed to email him on Monday if it was still on hold. Make sure you have the applicable info in the email.
I emailed him ~10:50PM Saturday with the complete information.  He should also have received an email from Escrow.com Friday early AM (when I received mine).  I see no mention in this thread about emailing him again this past Monday.

Hi Juan,

RE: Order  #1418 (8/2  status  --  On  Hold)

Just a reminder, I can't complete the Escrow payment with Escrow.com until you OK it.  My hands are tied!

-- Trevor

PS. I received this message from Escrow.com 1:30am Friday morning:
"It has been 2 days and the seller has not agreed to the transaction terms for: S3 Miner (ID# 716171).

If you are the seller, please sign in to your account at Escrow.com, click on your transaction number, and then agree to the terms and the escrow instructions. If no action is taken, this transaction will be canceled in 3 days."

I checked on the transaction a couple hours ago and it appears to be still open and still waiting on Juan!  Though if batch five is now done with, I'd have to be moved to batch six which will change the price.

All the orders has been processed, as soon as we get the tracking IDs we will send it to each customer.

Juan

If all orders have been processed, then why am I still waiting for you to approve my Escrow transaction (#716171)?

Order #1418 was placed on July 30, 2014 and is currently on-hold.

Seems the price is now out-of-date anyway!

Juan,

I have sent several email about my order for batch 5 of the S3's.  Nothing in response and still processing since the 25th of July.  I know the payment went through bitpay with no issues, but I am really concerned now as the ship date is supposed to be tomorrow.

Thanks

Just a pie in the sky question, but anyone know if 112bit still bothers with Escrow.com transactions?  I get the feeling he's enough order volume that he no longer really gives a shit!  Guess the guy's making major bucks, thinking of the Iceland data center and God knows what else.  Congratulations Juan, appearing as though you've built a success Smiley!

A couple of months ago I ordered, paid for, and received my S1 (in Canada) with no problems (other than the stupid Bank). The ONLY communication I received from 112bit was a automated notice of payment which included a Order# - that's it that's all. No ETA, no tracking number, nothing.
Which is fine, I suppose if you don't have any problems or questions whatsoever, and you get your product in a timely fashion - which I did - although I didn't know what day it was coming, and just happened to be home when it arrived. It all worked out fine.

But my second order, for an S3, was a total screw-up at my end. I tried to communicate this several times with absolutely zero response as to whether I had time to make the payment, or not. I still don't know. So after much effort in trying to get a response, in the end I made another order and paid for that in Bitcoin immediately, instead of a pain in the arse bank wire transfer.

Anyhow, my feeling is, unless there's something 112bit considers a very serious problem to them, or presumably their customers, forget about any kind of communication from their end. I guess Juan et al are far to busy to respond to the little things. Which I'm ok with actually. Now that I think I know that's the way it is, and as long as I get what I paid for as promised - which I have in the past. After all, I'm not being forced to buy product from 112bit, or getting ripped off. Unlike a lot of other things I'm forced to pay for at gunpoint, like, for say, the Canadian Health Care Cartel; armed expeditions of fucking yahoos to shoot up Afghanistan for shits and giggles, ect ect ect.

Long Live 112bit!

Juan will be in touch soon and is working out the compensation setup.

Juan,

How are you guys handling the Coupons/Refund based on Bitmain's annoucement?

1)   10.0% worth of coupon for the B1~B3 customers. This is the default option.
2)   7.7% worth of refund. We will release a function on our official website for application of this option. If you have bought from our resellers, please contact them and provide your Bitcoin address.

Just trying to follow up on this, tried calling no answer. Sad

I was just reading on Bitmain's S3 Discussion and Support forum at this link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8042466

Apparently, Bitmain is just starting to process the refund.

There's also a lot of tech talk on Bitmain's forum. That may be of interest to some of you.

Still waiting on this.  When/How are we getting our refunds/coupons?  You need to address this.  Otherwise all future orders will be going through bitmain directly.

I've also left Skype messages, voice mails and contact requests (on 112bit.com) trying to follow up on this. Thus far, no answer.  Sad
This is as close as you get. Juan was apparently out of the country last week. At least its adjusted for new orders on 112bit [it seems].

I did some research, I hear Bitmain is offering 7.7% refund or 10% coupon off next order. I heard this was because they advertised 480GH/s and delivered 440. I am curious, is 112Bit honoring this as well? I was under the impression they were, but have not heard anything back after 3 emails and trying to reach Juan on Skype. Would be nice to know when, how, and if to apply for the refund or coupon? Huh

Good question Dustin, we have been trying for almost 3 weeks to get 112Bit to answer that question.

Juan?

Juan does charge extra for shipping.
You could always get lucky and have 3 people that want one in the same area. At least to the U.S Juan has free shipping over $1000.
