I have good experience with this service. I have used it for a while. The upgrades make sense and are well priced as well as affordable for less wealthy people, too. However, I advise you to consider the opinions above me. Probably, I was just lucky in the past and I do not use the service anymore.
You must have been lucky if you received any payout from them. This normally happens to the first people to use any scam service. Once the scammers feel they have accumulated enough, they stop paying and disappear with peoples money. I tired their free service but so far I have pending withdrawals for more than two months.
Bitminer.io is the new Hashocean, the site opened two or three weeks before Hashocean disappeared with investors money. Once beaten twice shy
maybe at the first time it seems a real cloud mining service but later on you will realize that it is fake ever since it has started . and after you became a victim you will then realize that there are no trusted and legit cloud mining website especially that bitminer.io .

A free member must wait for 30 days to cashout, I reached cashout on 2nd of September 2016, but till this moment i have not been paid.
A member also cannot use his/her earning for upgrade.
My conclusion is that the site is a scam site. If you upgrade your bitcoin will be gone.

That clearly tells that they are not allowing free members to earn good amount to their website, because where they are going to get the bitcoin for paying those free members?
Of course they are going to prioritize the people who are going to invest to their scheming. And good thing that you have experienced that you aren't able to cashout.

If you could not able to withdraw to your earnings and you would need to deposit first money in able to do so then for sure its a scam because you would eventually know this situation even on commonsense thing only because if its free then you could actually withdraw it without any investments.

I also tried this site and after signing up, I waited until my account reached payout threshold. I clicked on withdraw button and followed the steps. After a few days, I checked and realized that the withdrawal was still pending. Checking I found a message which said that if the withdrawal was taking more than 24 hours, I upgrade or wait for 30 days. I waited for 30 days and nothing happened. Up to now, 10 days after the expiry of the 30 days, the withdrawal is still pending. this is a total scam and I don't think I can upgrade to get the withdrawal.

you have been just scammed by this sh*t ponzi scheme site. Its a scam site and i suppose your friend wants only a referal thats why he intend to recruit you hence he could make money on that but still in badluck because site doesnt pay at all on their members/investors. Thats why its important to be vigilant on this kind of sites. Promising high returns on a short period of time is just total scam.

It's obviously a scam, I suggest that you should just look for another way to earn bitcoin cause cloud mining is not very recommendable, aside from almost all of them are just a scams saying unrealistic things that you will lots, It is not a true mining. Hardware mining is the true mining . You will learn a lot about mining if you try hardware mining unlike in cloud mining

Never invest or deposit anh bitcoin to this site. And do not download its app to your computer. The apps has a function which can easily steal users information while running on your computers. Stay away from it
