Strange campaign.. This same reward for junior member and Legendary member - really? I'm very curious if any Hero/Legendary Member join this campaign..
To be honest as wrote guys in posts above, this campaign should run trusted member and deposit should be taken by trusted escrow.

I don't know what tosmartak did to deserve or not the negative trust (beside what we can read here) but i think you should give anybody a second chance.
Just give him a chance without pointing a finger to him before he even didn't start please.
Second and most important thing, you'll get paid directly from Bitotal and not from tosmartak so i don't understand your concern.
My concern does not lie with the payment aspect of this campaign, instead it lies in the actual management and look of the campaign. Do you really think that people would rather join a campaign managed by a negative trusted member over a neutral trust senior member or up. My concern is more for you, OP, as I think it would be smarter to go for a higher ranked and neutral or positive trusted member to run your campaign. Just give him a chance without pointing a finger to him before he even didn't start please.

I think that is should indeed be managed by a member who is trusted.
However, OP does not have a negative trust and since he wants to promote an ICO/site, i believe that he is legit.
I would not see a reason for a new member to promote a site without paying, since it is public and the sig code does not contain referral links or such.

I wanted to be quiet on this but I thought it won't be fair to you being silent. Thanks for the concern! I totally understand why you should be.
Firstly, we are all after the same thing which is efficiently managing the campaign and it has nothing to do with my trust which was given unfairly. Also, being 'JUST' a member as you said does not make me less capable.
