Please provided a screenshot of your wallet withdrawal via PM or I can not help you. It says very clearly not to deposit from an exchange though you continue to do so.

i am going to commence refunding all investments from exchanges if this habit does not change

Every time you deposit from an exchange, we send BTC to an address that does not belong to you and therefor is like throwing BTC into a trash can.
