It is quite rare to see this kind of error coming from Bitsler, if their withdrawal process for XRP is automatic then there is  big possibility that the error is coming from their side in which they don't accept as per your statement.

It is good that you have raised this concern here so you can also check whether there are other cases also that experience the same to what happen to you because if the error is coming from Bitsler side then there should be few who experience the same problem with yours before the Bitsler team can fix the bugs.

One thing for sure is, Bitsler won't scam you "only" for 150 XRP. They have been established since 2015 until now

they are scamming me for 150 xrp which is just stupid i worked with chat but i dont know if they hired new support people but shady as crap you can easly see what i am saying is rite. And just so you all know its impossible to request a withdrawl without a destnation tag but they sent it without one. There saying screw me and it my loss or job to try to recover when they made mistake
They still haven't replied your case, so you can't called them scamming you. Just wait for their reply (ussually they always give fast response). You are also didn't post your chat between you and bitsler's support whom told you tlit was your fault.

it is possible to send without a tag . to some platforms or wallets , there was a small box that you will tick and there is a side note that you must only tick it if your destination has no tag.  i often made a mistake of this before and i also lost my depo and withdrawals  because of too much nervousness , excitement and for being a noob . if its thier fault they should not blame it to you and i dont think will scam anyone else because bitsler has a clean reputation on this forum so far , i havent seen thier official accounts got red trust and they also run a campaign .

hello

bitsler made a made mistake and is blaming it on me.

So i submitted a withdrawl to witdrawl 150 XRP.

you are requred by there own system to submit a desnation tag and adress for money to be sent to. Its not possible for you to submit one without theses two peices of info.  It wont even let me try to do it.

Now i submitted my witdrawl and when bitsler sent it out there system made the mistake on sending it without any destnayion tag at all. Obvouis error on there side because it impossible for me to even sunmit it without a destnation tag. When i went to support chat they said it was my fault which is impossible as you can see. And i would just loose money or i could try to recover it on my own.

They made a mistake easy to see i dont know why whey wont fix it but looks either scam or they dont want to loose money and dont care if its there mistkae

If it is a technical error or some other kind of error, I would not associate the word scam with it. You should only use that if a bookmaker is deliberately trying to scam customers, and when other things come to light such as not paying or such things. If it is a technical mistake, or an adaptation mechanism because it does not work, it is bad to associate it with scam. People see the word scam, and something like that can seriously damage a site's image. It's better to solve this with someone from the forum first, or at least adjust the content of your topic.

You have already posted this on the bitsler announcement thread, you need to wait for their response. Bitsler won't scam you for that amount, they have been operating and have allowed withdrawals more than you can imagine.

While waiting for bitsler's response, do as what the suggestion I've quoted.

If you sent it to an exchange wallet or custodial service, you should contact their support too so they can credit it to your account. Make sure you explain everything and ask politely.

I've had XRP withdrawals from bitsler many times but never had any issues while dealing with them. I don't believe they can scam as they have always been instant with their withdrawals. If you want to "blame" them, then this is not the right section to post in. Please move this thread to "Scam Accusations" as it might get you their attention as well as the reason why this happened.

Not good idea to open scam Accusations for that simple mistake that can be fixed easily if they talk to each other ,making scam Accusations is not always the right decision to make Everytime you experience problem.

It's better to ask them in their announcement thread Bitsler
and talk about the issue there and explain why it's not your mistake and they should give your balance.

^ Is Bitsler representative did not active here in the forum?
I think it is a professional way if they answer on this OP's concerned to make clear out their reputation that I think scamming 150 XRP is not a good amount to make ruin their good name. Nevertheless, if this is OP's fault, the transaction should not be sent in the first place because there is no destination tag. However, the support should fix this issue even the OP has fault because we are talking money here.

Can you tell us where did you send your XRP this time? Is it to an exchange? custodial wallet? non-custodial wallet?

I'm asking those info so we can be clear here. It doesn't make sense that you've managed to withdraw over 100 times using XRP as you say and then just have one error.

If you sent it to an exchange wallet or custodial service, you should contact their support too so they can credit it to your account. Make sure you explain everything and ask politely.

first i talked to tem  3 times but all tey said was too bad its our mistake but your job to take care of it. And yes adress is rite but its impossoble to collect because ttey use no destination tag sendin to not rite destination tag is same as not sendin and i gave them many chances i am posting here because i wont joost money because they screwed up
Ok so your destination/withdrawal address is correct, then you say the destination tag is also required, but it's from bitsler who put it automatically when you withdraw your XRP. So why did you still withdraw your XRP when you knew it the destination tag was 0? Why you didn't ask to support first before you withdrew your XRP?

i have made over  100 withdrawls on there site  using XRP and i am a plat member. I gave them a lot of chances it seems there trying to put loss on me. Very sketcy trying to work with them but seems like a scam.
Try chillin' out for a bit and have a nice conversation with their support.
Also have you tried sending a message to the representative of Bitsler here?
And besides having only 150 XRP on the line vs to their Rep, I think this is just a misunderstanding so you'd better chill while giving all of the details of this error.
I do hope the Bitsler will jump on this thread asap.

You have made over 100 withdrawals and all of those were going smoothly without any issues, right? And now you calling them scammed you for 150 XRP? You must be kidding.

Tell me, is the address you have put for your destination withdrawal correct or not?

Try to correct the error again, I'm sure Bitsler can't scam what you say, you made this statement too fast so it caused a lot of noise with these accusations, Bitsler has a good operating system in withdrawals even I often do it, no problem whatsoever maybe this is a small mistake from you so you don't realize it?

Correct again from the beginning.

Why is the destination tag 0?
Is it possible that you forgot to fill in the destination tag beforehand?
Bitsler is a big platform and it's only 150 XRP and I don't think Bitsler will make mistakes for that.
you cant because bitsler wont even allow to do it its you are required to

destination tag 0 is default forno  destination tag 0 fo ripple

If it's the glitch on their own site, your proof isn't that strong to say their site is a scam.
I,myself mistakenly send out xrp without destination tag (though not in bitsler but in other gambling site) but it will just take some days but surely you'llg gonna receive your 150 xrp as long as you've entered the correct xrp address.

What I did before, I've contacted the support of receiving xrp wallet and tell them about the sent out xrp address from that site. They will get some infos or probably screenshots from you like transaction hash or something. If the transaction was successfully sent out. It's just destination tag that wasn't put in the required field. But you'll receive it in a few days.

The OP should post this issue on their thread and not create a thread here in the gambling board.

Bitsler is a reputable casino here so don't think they will ruin their reputation by not so big amount. I think you need to push your case if you know that you really did what is necessary for withdrawal to push thru. And as far as I know, their withdrawals are instant so why disregard the destination tag if you entered it?

Or maybe ask yahoo to help you in your case.

its a error on tere site and shady support agent is trying to put it on me . its pretty obvuis error but they seem to be scamming which is weird.

Destination tag isn't always required and that's why Bitsler performed your withdrawal without destination tag.

Destination tag is usually required when you send XRP to exchanges or custodial wallets (or any other third party)
Exchanges and custodial wallets usually give all users a same address and give a unique destination tag to each of them to know who has deposited.
Since Bitsler cannot know what's the policy of the wallet or exchange you are withdrawing to, they cannot know if a destination tag is required.

Note that the fund is now in the address you entered as withdrawal address. But the service you are using has't credited your balance because they don't know the fund has been deposited by you.

lol do you play at bitsler i pretty sure you dont, because then you would know when you withdrawl from bitsler is requireed and submitted the correct tag . Thats why error is so obvuis you cant withdrawl from bitsler without using a Destination tag it wont let you but they still sent without one showing a obvuis error in there system there trying to put on me
