Okay, first of all let me clear this mess up.
I was contacted by the owner, 2 days before the ending of 4th round regarding the sudden closure of the campaign. I already requested him to send the payments for that round but he went offline after making the announcement. After noticing the members starting to backfire him, I was contacted again to send him the list and there was no further communication between us, even after sending him 2 emails back to back.
After that, I contacted Sharma for creating a scam accusation thread against him and pm him the link.
I was instructed by the owner of Xotika.TV not to enroll participants more than a week, if they do not contribute something to the site. Also, he wanted to have new members exploring the site. I know that sucks but I'll have to follow his instructions since it was his campaign afterall.
I haven't done that in other campaign.
You have reported me a couple of posts against vendetahome for necroposting (on March 17th) and I have already forwarded him a warning later that day:

Personally I will never recommend roslinpl as he does not even know what DT is. Moreover he just enrolls according to his personal liking. I wonder if 50% of the members working under him are his alts/sockpuppets.
Well, thanks to anyone who recommended me but I'm not managing any sig camps these days. A few people I would recommend(in order of their reputation as a signature campaign manager):
1) Lutpin: Looks out for individual post quality and is active throughout the day while being a significantly trusted member
2) Notaek : If you'd like equal visibility for the money spent, he has a few interesting rules up his sleeve
3) SFR10 : New guy to signature campaign managing, has managed more than 5( last I remember) however. He is very active in responding to queries and/or applications, although he is not quite known for being strict about post quality

I will suggest to choose from those managers who are currently jobless, he will give good time to your members as he will be only at your campaign, and will satisfy your members, those who managing more than one campaigns usually are unable to support well. You can search on different campaigns, there are a lot of problems to solve, sometimes the manager are unable to reply to all of his/her members are only by saying that 'he is receiving hundreds of messages daily' try to satisfy his members.
