I'll pick a random number between 0 and (the number of qualified entrants - 1), and will use that number to pick the winner (0 corresponds to the first qualified entrant, 1 for the second, etc...). I've already chosen two seeds that I'll use on a Mersenne Twister to generate the random numbers (Random.new(seed).rand(0..(entrants-1)) in Ruby) I've included the public key and private key hashes for both seeds at the end of this post. To read how the seed number is generated from the two keys, check out BitSpin.co and read up on our provably fair system (all BitSpin.co games are provably fair).
