Someone gave money?

Hi everyone

this is my very first post on forum, unfortunately I have similar problem as others...

first one was processed in 5 minutes, then delay for the following ones were like 40 hours, 25 days etc
people from online chat are always kind and polite but apart from "forwarding my issue to relevant department" they could not help me in any other way

I have also sent like dozens of e-mails on [email protected] as well as personal messages to bitsport.bet user

latest reply from them was:

Bitsport scammers are just washing their coins while they run

i just know, that every my deposit was first sent to https://blockchain.info/address/13sGoGp4y9fwbHb2fyfUUGjXrkSQpk9pyb (final balance 0 btc), and then forward to this address https://blockchain.info/address/12cgpFdJViXbwHbhrA3TuW1EGnL25Zqc3P (final balance 8,195.60446787 BTC).

So look like they have funds, just dont know the reason for not processing withdrawals.

I was checked how much cost their betting platform, https://www.betconstruct.com/pricing#/ .
They invest at least 50k euros for scam or made very bad investment and must finish as scam.

Ok, then, I have some facts about bitsport.bet. IF bitsport.bet using official betconstruct.com software (no cracked/stolen) then:

- live support is support offered by betconstruct.com so they know NOTHING about your account and cant help you..
- bitsport.bet paid for betconstruct.com a one time set-up fee (probably >30k euros) and revenue share on a monthly basis (calculated by GGR). This is scales dependent on the amount of betting profit, that you make a monthly basis.
- bitsport.bet is hoseted on betconstruct.com servers. So bitsport.bet have only backoffice tools to manage website.

waiting 10+ days for withdrawal, no response from "relevant department", live support dont have a clue what they are talking

Live chat - no help, "please write to us at [email protected]" - wrote to this email address, but recipient not found.

When will I receive my money?

My experience:
- deposits are VERY VERY SLOW FROM 3 weeks
- withdrawals - 2-3days for SMALL AMOUNTS
- NO REPLY EMAILS - I wrote to [email protected] and [email protected] with NO REPLY (about 10 emails in last 2,5weeks)
- live chat operators are stupid, paid or related with owners. Before 03.06.2017 they were said only "we move your issue to relevant department" and close chat. Now (from 3 days) they adding smth like this "we are very sorry that you have bad experience with our site." lol.

My opinions:
- owners have personal/law problem or they are on holiday
- their bitcoin wallet was hacked and they havent money (they try find solution and rebuild withdrawal/deposit system OR think about close site)
- they want close website
- look, they had problem from about month.. when bitcoin rate has gone up, maybe they have problem with current bitcoin rate (maybe they have been exchanged bitcoins to eur/usd and auto-betting on betfair/bet365 to prevent loss)


I dont understood why they have:
- VERY POOR marketing team
- one of the best betting system on bitcoin market and have one of the worst support (from 3weeks, before they replied in 12-24hours)

I think that they should make any official notice if they have problems. I think that users understood if (for example) they have been hacked. They can delay withdrawals or pay 10,20,30% in first part - rest in the future when they back to the game.
They should invest in marketing team - I think that they could be better than bet365 or bwin. Have similar offer and better payment solution (bitcoin is much much better than usd/eur) for each gambler.

With the fact that there are many pending/unprocessed withdrawal, it is recommendef for others to stay away from this sportsbook. They claims as "the No.1 Live Sportsbook" but their attitude, their services, etc is not even close to No.10 lol.

They came here to respond the questions by only a single comment on the thread but not coming to solve the issue. I do not know that they will help you in their live chat but if you have not tried that then go to their website and tell them in their live chat. After that come here to write your experience on this thread..

The one that you are referring to minimum deposit 100mBTC is only required if you want to activate the 100% Sports Bonus.

If you want to deposit and play without any bonus the minimum deposit amount is 1mBTC.

Yes they were going very well and if they continued and started to advertise their site over the forum then they would get the expected success but they like many other casinos started their site without any advertising and after a longer time without any advertising they escape as of not getting any traffic and profit.

Has anyone received his bitcoins in the last couple of days? With me still no answer.
 

such a pity, they decided to scam costumers. They have the best offer in the betting world and some of the best odds in the betting world.

All that bitsport.bet needed, was a good marketing, but they blew it.
