I think be careful, because the search my history 3 weeks now, first they say I cheat to place bets after goal is scored.
Of course i don't do that, it is not possible, and they check and they agree.
Then they search to find three bets to void they say i bet on same match twice.
All the time they say that they will explain but they dont explain, only to wait to get the report, they even dont let me login to see the bets.
They dont void if i bet twice and lose, only the ones i win.
I think they will pay and are not scam but it is very slow to wait for them.

The bet that has been voided and the bet that is under investigation was done due to a bug/error on our site.

You just answer vague all the time. I ask for details and you never say.
My account is locked, i cannot log in to see what you mean. Open so I can login to see for myself, i ask to open every time, and you never open.
What bets did you cancel?
Why you cancel those bets, only the winning ones and never cancel any losing one?
What is this bug error that you say that i use?
All you say is wait for report, and 3 weeks now, I have no idea what report takes so long.

Your remaining account balance was already payed out for you. We did not only cancel your winning bets, there were bets that we payed out for you that was due to the bug/error also.
You have received mail regarding this.
For security reason we locked your account until this is fixed (deadline posted to you) so you will not hint other players to do the same thing.
