Maybe down the road, bitstake can apply for banking license in Nigeria ? Will it benefit the platform in anyway ?

I don't see that many benefits on western bitcoin exchange filling for bank license.

ItBit has filed an application for a state banking license in New York.

Then you are smart, too. I cannot believe people cannot see this. But, after reading the comments today, I see that most people do not understand Remittance and problems facing the unbanked. And, how Fintech, Bitcoin, and Bitstake have provided a solution. They solved a Global Pain = $Billions. Most people do not get that yet. They are going to buy XBS when it up 100% and sell at 200%...Then it will go up more ..They will lose all the way to the top. Because, if you do not understand the value of something, then you do not know when to sell.

Im trying to set up the sms function on bitstake.info and I get an error message when I enter my mobile number.  Is there a particular format I need to use (ie 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx, xxx-xxx-xxxx)

It's obviously a question of priorities. Have those great devs work on V2 and making sure they capture the market quickly, or have them work on a QT wallet which does nothing to get Bitstake closer to launch but stops impatient crypto traders complaining. I'm glad that they are working on the Nigerian launch and will happily continue using the current QT wallet until they get around to fixing it, or until I start using their platform.

I don't think it is intended to disappear. But the most attention is on the platform itself.

Probably it's crazy. What are you doing in favour of XBS? Then announce fund raising/donation to implement those small changes into wallet!

Everyone from community is responsible. Why so called dev should do everything for us?

I believe fine tuning of wallet will come soon.

Meanwhile I am satisfied with the current release. If crypto trader isn't capable to deal with .conf file creation in coin folder, then... what else can be said here. Qt-wallet and .conf file issue is very old for many coins. Here is no exception with something new to newbies.

If someone has problems with it, he can ask, and I'll give a brief instuctions, how to deal with .conf file.

Maybe I'm wrong, but is it not the intention that the computer wallet soon disappear?

As I understand (sorry if I'm wrong), it is intended that all will soon take place on the bitstake platform. Bitstake earns a fee on (that's their sales). I think the negeria people have nothing on a PC wallet but need the online wallet (that is bitstake earnings). It seems to me that the PC wallet is (be) intended to start XBS and meant for people here on Bitcontalk (and elsewhere). (again, sorry if I'm wrong)

Thats what makes me laugh,they have great devs to build V2 but cant build a working qt-wallet, crazy

As I said, I am using Qt wallet successfully, and I am not alone with that experience. Staking works like smooth sailing. What problems do you have?
